Just left had a great experience with Mika she is the most helpful metro pcs agent I have ever come across.Unlike her coworker name begins with a K this woman is rude negative and very unprofessional not helpful will stop helping a customer to be rude to other customers she need to learn how to treat customers and be positive thank you

Do not go to this store they lie just to sell phones and meet their goals. They will not let you return any device as per their own con artist rules but the receipts clearly say you can return a device within 14 days !

First thing Metro serving 5G keeps dropping can't make any phone calls or texts. Second try going to different Metro stores they offer difficult help. Three had a horrible experience here. They care more about the glass on the store over the costumers. I recommend going to a different Metro store or just switch to a different carrier all together

Updated review. Problem solved. Thank you Samuel & Ana. Sold me a phone that won't hold the charge. Doesnt answer the phone. Insurance company wont file claim because still under warrenty. Metro customer service said store or insurance company must help me. Samuel the manager & Ana his amazing employee helped me with my issue. It is resolved now. Thank you for all your help!!!
