Edward the store manager was helping us out because our battery was not working and we had been in there a couple of times because we coulsnt take off the battery and he let us borrow tools, battery charger and hw went above and beyond to help us, he made us a great gesture and we are above grateful. We recommend his store for the great customer service and for the patience he has with us. We are truly blessed for his help today.

I didn't get the name of the associate who assisted me at the Veterans Rd. O'Reilly store, but he helped by determining that it was probably the terminal in my battery. ☹ The store didn't have the part, but he called the closest store to make sure they had the part ready and waiting for me. THANK YOU SIR! ?? The caring and helpful associate in the Cage & State street O'Reilly store MANUEL helped me change the battery terminal; which was very corroded. He helped me get home safe! THANK YOU FOR HAVING GREAT ASSOCIATES WHO HELP a women who knows nothing about cars. Thank you Manuel, God Bless You!! ??
