The reason I gave it a 3 was because employee left us hanging and not let us know what was going on. I understand it was raining but the employee could have told.us he was done or what not.

Saturday, January 27, 2024 at approximately 5:30 in the afternoon, I went to the store to guarantee an oil pressure switch, which was not possible since the 2 young people who were attending the store at that time only told me The piece looked good and they couldn't change it, to which I told them that the failure was inside the piece and not something visible. To which they still did not want to give me a guarantee, it's too bad that they do this, I have a commercial account and I buy many parts with them, only in another branch and I rarely make guarantees,

Edward the store manager was helping us out because our battery was not working and we had been in there a couple of times because we coulsnt take off the battery and he let us borrow tools, battery charger and hw went above and beyond to help us, he made us a great gesture and we are above grateful. We recommend his store for the great customer service and for the patience he has with us. We are truly blessed for his help today.
