They were quick to attend to me, the food was fresh and delicious, and the POB (Including the Men's restroom was really clean. I highly recommend this Hut.

Really nice place. The staff was nice and friendly, even suggested things, very happy place. But the music in the restroom was a little loud only in there, don’t know why but over all very good place to eat at.

Have been coming to this Pizza Hut for over 15 years. Always clean and great service especially when dining in. The food is always freshly made and brought out to the table hot!! Deliveries are always on time despite the crazy traffic around the interchange. Keep up the great work!

Never had any issues with this pizza but. Clean and employees are always nice. But if you have a baby they don't have a changing station.

We were not greeted when arrived. There were no customers at the time, only one table occupied. The majority of the tables were dirty, we waited for about 10 min, no one came. Then when I went to ask for service, the cashier said the waiter was using his phone at the back, but she said she could take the order. She did not know anything about the menu, I ended up ordering something else than what I really wanted. I had to get up twice to go ask the cashier to send someone to clean my table. When we finally got our food, the waiter never showed up again, we (6 persons) had to get up (4 times) to go ask for refills on our drinks. When we were about to leave the waiter finally came to ask if we needed anything.

Pizza Hut at 1001 Hwy. 83 in Pharr is by far the best Hut in regards to customer service!Food was delicious and just as ordered!

Dine in, staff workers seemed innocuous to our presence, had to get our own menu's and alert them of our presence even after walking past us half dozen times. Place not very busy inside. Long wait after getting up to Place order at counter. Order finally arrive, very hot, very very good. Order taker apologized for delays, tip was also delayed.

The food was delicious BUT their prices are insane !! A medium supreme pizza and scraps of buffalo wings $36.00 . Can't afford those prices for just my husband and my self?☹️

Order online with tracking messages and pizza took more than 50 minutes to arrive...call the restaurant and person that answer did not even care...bad service....
