Repeat prom customer. Sadly the customer service was not AS amazing as last year but plenty of beautiful dresses to select from and we were able to find the perfect dress!

The guy at the front at the resister was very dismissive and unhelpful, this was a 2000 dress that we wanted to purchase off the mannequin and he refused didn’t even ask if we needed help finding anything else: horrible service, terry costa had much better service and same dresses were $300-400 less….

It was my first time at the bridal store and with being a new bride comes not knowing everything there is to know about bridal shopping. Lauren assisted us and came out very passive aggressive and judgmental when it came to my fiancé being at my appointment with me and even proceeded to judge the fact that I didn’t have my family with me at the time. I asked several time what the most affordable prices were and she refused to tell me until I told her my budget and suggested that it wasn’t the store for me instead of giving me a rundown of their most affordable dress prices. I then gave her a higher budget and asked if I could try on a bridal dress to see how it would look on me and she said NO. I was told that I would be able to try dresses on at my appointment and Lauren was quick to tell us that she had other brides coming in and could assist us no more. Very uncomfortable and disappointing experience as a new bride. I as well am a sales woman and would never treat my clients that way. Very rude of her part and hope no other bride goes through the same experience at the store.

Jaymie was very respectful and sweet with helping me pick out the best prom dress. She fitted me just right and did everything so amazing. Highly recommend this store and go to Jamie for help.
