"Don't come here for authenticity. Frankly I'm not sure what I expected but I was disappointed. It's super Americanized. The salsa was salty rather than spicy or sweet. They packed the bottom if our guacamole bowl with Lettuce so they wouldn't have to give us as much. The staff was kind but I don't trust the kitchen here at all. "
"Great fajitas and food, the family has always loved Chuy's since the 90's in Houston. Service was good, could have been a little better, not problematic, but small and consistent errors in the order. Other than that, Drinks were well balanced in flavor, not too heavy in alcohol and not watered down either. A very enjoyable experience. Plan your time accordingly, the establishment is better for sitting down and enjoying your social time with your family or compadres rather than a quick visit."
"Today the service sucked. It is usually good, not great but today Jennifer was pretty bad. It took 10 minutes just to get water, then she finally took our order. We got an appetizer and she never brought plates. After several minutes we flagged down another server and asked him. She rarely came by our table. Our toddler dropped his fork and she picked it up but never brought another one. We needed extra napkins but we never saw her to ask. She was very inattentive. We would have stayed for dessert but chose not to because of her."
"This place has incredible attention to detail when it comes to the food. Our server let is try several sauces and had incredible knowledge of each one. She gave great suggestions. The food was great as was the service. The restaurant was full and there was a wait of a few minutes but we got quick, thorough service and had a fun evening. "
"I love Chuy's happy hour, just be prepared to wait. The restaurant gets super busy and typically has a 20 + minute wait. The happy hour includes free chips and queso! The food is good and the tortillas are made fresh. The patio is unfortunate because it's on the west facing side of the building so during the afternoon in summer it's too hot to use."
"Why does Chuys come up when I search for Bone Daddy's? I understand they are in close proximity to each other, but they are not the same. They are almost in the same parking lot but that's no excuse.
BONE DADDY'S review- I was able to get a seat quickly, and the food arrived very fast. Service was nice. Management and wait staff were attentive. I ordered the half rack of ribs with potato salad and fried okra. I was pleasantly surprised by the ribs."
"Love Chuy's. The food is authentic Mexican food. It has a funky interior, but you wont even notice it because of the food. The drinks are good as well. They also have a bar and outdoor covered patio."
"My sister and her best friend frequent Chuy's literally on a weekly basis. Sunday they invited me to accompany them and I am so glad I came. Normally I am not a big fan of Mexican food but the quesadillas here totally have changed my mind. I ordered the deluxe quesadillas with fajita chicken and I was hooked. They were only appetizers but I literally ate off them for two days. They have just the right amount of spice, and seasoning and they are full of flavor. The tortillas are one of kind and they are so delicious, and light. The prices are super reasonable and drinks aren't that bad either. Keep in mind, this location gets really busy, so you might have to wait a little bit but its definitely worth it. I will definitely be making my way back to Chuy's very soon."
"I love Chuy's atmosphere and attitude. I have been many times. The servers are great and the food is delicious. Their queso has chicken stock, but their boom boom sauce is vegetarian. Veggie enchiladas are wonderful! Of course, their margaritas are fantastic too!"
"This is my favorite Tex Mex restaurant. It is dependable and the magaritas are great. I usually get the steak burrito. If you get their after 4pm for happy hour, make sure you check out the free queso in the bar."
