Such a friendly staff & so CLEAN! My husband and I needed somewhere to put our stuff temporarily and they were so friendly and helpful like what customer service should be like. Such kind hearted staff and I always felt like my times were safe and secure in storage. If we ever need to have storage again I will definitely come here and recommend this place to anyone who need it!

Sunbelt had great pricing for a climate control unit, is very clean, one story facility that is very easy to load and unload to your unit. Carol is so helpful, and accommodating. They have locks that come with the unit that are very secure and it saved us from having to go purchase one after a long day of moving! Gates are secure in and out. The facility is great! Carol made leasing it quick and easy! She's a fantastic manager and I appreciate her walking us thru each step. Highly recommend !

Although I did not require the storage units booked at Sunbelt Self Storage as a result of a change in delivery date by the moving company I hired, I wanted to say how extremely helpful Carol was while trying to procure storage units at a particularly busy time of year for bookings. Many facilities did not have indoor, ground-floor, climate controlled units available in the size I required, but she was able to reserve two units, side by side for me at pricing much less than the fees quoted by other storage facilities in the area. And when I had to cancel the booking, I actually felt bad because she had been so amazing and supportive in helping me with the logistics of my move! She completely understood, wished me well and said a big welcome to Texas! She efficiently explained the rental fees, the mandatory requirement for insurance in Texas and access to the lockers. This facility is very close to the University of Dallas campus so for anyone looking for ease of use booking storage, I highly recommend this company for their professionalism!

If you are thinking about using Sunbelt Self Storage in Plano for your storage needs, don’t look anywhere else. Carol and Keith are absolutely amazing people to work with. They go above and beyond to help get you exactly what you need and are just wonderful people to deal with. From the very beginning, they are extremely professional and helpful and feel like they are a close friend or family. The place itself is extremely clean, well kept, and safe. I knew my belongings were going to be safe and cared for there. Anytime I needed anything or had questions, both Carol and Keith were easy to get in touch with. When it came time to move out, they made the process very easy and smooth with no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone in the area needing a place to store your belongings. You are in good hands with them. If I ever need a unit again, I know where I’ll be going. Thanks Carol and Keith for everything.Nick

I have rented a storage unit here on two separate occasions, and both times were great experiences. Carol (the manager) is always available and takes great pride in this facility. It is relatively new and everything is well taken care of.

Their customer service is amazing and they are extremely helpful! Their pricing is also quite affordable! I’ve stored my belongings in their units for 2 consecutive years and I always feel comforted knowing that Carol and Keith keep the area clean and safe. An amazing service for college students as they have 5x5 and 5x10 floorplans available. Anytime I hear anyone is looking for storage, I immediately direct them to Sunbelt Storage!

This facility was GREAT!!!! For over 10-years, I was webmaster for the largest Self-Storage facility in all of Central Texas (just outside of Ft. Hood), so I know a little about Self-Storage facilities. And I have to say - knowing what all goes on to manage a self-storage facility, this is one of the best facilities I've EVER seen.Super clean - looks brand new - management was fantastic - both Carol & Keith were very helpful, friendly yet professional, took their time with my needs, very accommodating!I HIGHLY recommend this Sunbelt Storage in Plano - and since (as I learned) several other Sunbelts are managed the same way - I would assume ANY Sunbelt facility is going to be just a great!I am sad about one thing - to have only been able to give them a 5-STAR RATING!!! (because 10-STARS weren't available).GREAT JOB!!!!

WOW!!! What incredible people to work with. Carol & Keith go the EXTRA MILE to make sure you find & get EXACTLY what you want & need. I know my locker is exactly the right size for my needs, and will be well monitored and protected. Cannot recommend Sunbelt highly enough!
