I had a wonderful stay here, everyone was extraordinarily friendly and Prashant was extremely helpful and kind. Couldn't have asked for better service.
Breakfast changes day to day, so far, all was good.
Cleanliness is practiced very well here.
Rooms: Very spacious and accommodating.
Food and drinks: Has an excellent menu to choose from as well as affordable drinks.

Mehak is a great csr and she above and beyond to help the guest with any and every accomodation.... Book here they have free breakfast and they have snacks so you don't have to go that far or if you with a hangover
Rooms: Very clean
Safety: No worries
Walkability: 5 to 10 minute walk to the train
Food and drinks: Store is 5 minutes away
Noteworthy details: Someone is always welcome to help

Back first time since COVID-19 and a lot has changed. Like others I felt unsafe around a lot of the guests.
Property now very tired and run down.
Didn't appreciate guests wearing pyjamas (and with rollers in their hair) at breakfast.
Room did not seem clean...carpet felt really dirty and I wore shoes every time I stepped on it.
Guests smoked around entrances (constantly) and the pool.
First came to stay 12 years ago...never again!
Safety: I didn't feel safe around a lot of the guests. Even locked my suitcases every time I left the room.
Different type of guests now book the hotel from that of my previous stays.
I value my safety so will not return.

Great comfortable stay. Quiet location.Twinkle in the Front desk was very helpful, sweet and very nice. Definitely recommend this place.

The reason for the two star review is upon initial arrival, I was given Keys to an occupied room. That would have been pretty bad to have unlocked the door and walked in on two people having relations. Service personel immediately fixed the issue. But the initial mess up is still in your mind. Location is great not to far from stuff I was here for.

Never again! Horrible hotel! Pretty sure people live in the hotel. There’s trash in the hallways and people everywhere. Outside their rooms, outside the outter doors. Made me feel unsafe!
My husband had some surgery so we stayed here to be close to the facility. I should have known when we pulled up because the grounds were terrible. Lesson learned! I have a 10lb dog that I didn’t want to put on the grass and dirt because there were dog feces everywhere! No bags or trash for dog feces for this pet friendly hotel. My dog is cleaner than this hotel!!
The hotel smelled like an overkill of pine soil. The lobby was nice but as soon as you walked down the hallway to our room, it reeked of marijuana! I didn’t visit the 2nd floor but the 3rd smelled the same! And they advertise 100% smoke free. The front desk let us check in about 30 minutes early, which was nice since my husband had surgery. The room appeared clean but the toilet was GROSS, broken and stained and the sides hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long!! The bath tub had a soap ring around it and the tub stopper didn’t work.
We had requested a 1st floor room because it is easier with a dog. The laundry area was on the 3rd floor, of which the elevator was out of order the first night and the second night the elevator smelled like oil and grease so I walked the stairs some of the trips. They have two washing machines but only one 1/2 way worked. I had to wash one load twice!
Broken and worn out chairs were stacked up by the stairs, carpets filthy.
They had no medications for purchase.
I didn’t mention anything to the hotel staff about the room because we didn’t want anyone in our room after my husband’s surgery as well as didn’t feel very safe.
I gave them one star because the location was convenient, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen lady was very friendly and polite. Disappointed that BW claims this property!! Will not stay again!!

We stayed here for a month and Mehak was the person that did our Reservation and she has the best customer service. She gave me and my family everything we need to be comfortable with our stay
