I usually by my Furnace filters here. All of their stock for this size were damaged. When I asked the front checkout person about getting a discount, she was rude and said that it was 'not my problem' .... ACE is NOT the place for helpful hardware personnel.

We went to Ace 2 different times during our month long stay. Both were awesome. Our last visit we needed cardboard boxes to pack all our souvenir/garage sale treasures in for the trip home, they were sold out but the employee let my husband go to the recycle bin and get as many as he needed. Upon and beyond. Always friendly.

From the moment we walked in front of the store Maria was very disrespectful towards us. She was very rude and had horrible customer service. Will never return to this store again because of her.

Was very glad that ACE had what I needed in a pinch while I was visiting Port Aransas. The have a very good variety of hardware and other much needed items. Customer service was great. I would recommend this place.
