Absolutely the worst customer service at this location. The evening manager should be fired and not have a job in the service industry. Something behind closed doors and not interacting with customers is much better suited for this gentleman. I will never return to this location again and understand fully why this location has so many negative reviews.

Platters are very plain. Its ok if you want a basic tortilla, meat, rice and beans dish. I believe its over priced for what actually comes with the meal.

Need a pick me up during covid!? Go to taco cabana and pick from one of their many delicious margarita flavors! The flautas are crispy and a great appetizer to share with friends. You also can't beat -$2 margaritas on the go.

I have been a customer of this Taco Cabana for year and haven't before written a well deserved review. I mainly eat their breakfast combo bacon and egg with small drink. Never have I been disappointed with my meal. Since this Taco Cabana is located on US 75 it would very convenient for travelers. If your hungry any day of the week and love good breakfast tacos don't pass this Taco Cabana.

Liars. I called and asked if they had barbacoa breakfast tacos and I was told yes. I drove 30 minutes to get to this location. I ask for barbacoa tacos at the drive thru and I was told they don’t sell barbacoa tacos. Thanks for nothing.

Ordered Cheese Quesadilla with no pico or sour cream and extra gracomla through drive thru. Person on speaker repeated order back correctly and person at window did the same. My actual order was incorrect! I received a sour cream and one grocomla. I'm allergic to sour cream and did have enough grocomla for my entire quesadilla. The Cheese Quesadilla did not meet my expectation experience at this location. I will not be back to this location for the reasons above. Putting the correct items in bag is Very Important! Not just repeating it back correctly through the speakers and/or window.

OooRah! They are back in business with indoor dining. See photos. Lots of virus precautions being taken. When dining in they package the meal(s) as if you were doing a take out to reduce contact. Time to get out and enjoy yourself with food and friendship with others. Few inside to eat but drive thru very business. At least 9 staff fixing food on Sun afternoon.

Placed our order over the phone and came to pick it up. By the time we got there we had decided to purchase additional food and since we had already ordered and had spoken with someone, we were told it would be fine to come inside and pick it up. When we came inside, we were asked to leave because we weren't wearing masks. When we called, and told them we'd be there to pick it up shortly, no one told us we would be required to wear masks. So we actually had to leave and get back in the vehicle and go through the drive-thru. The lady who informed us we needed to be wearing masks was quite rude and did not seem to appreciate the fact that we were trying to support the local economy by eating out. I was shocked that she would not let us order and forced us out of the building and back into our vehicle with our only option being to go through the drive-thru. They clearly had the opportunity to tell us we needed masks when we were on the telephone with them but neglected to do that. And yes, this is after the stay-at-home order was lifted and local restaurants are allowed to operate at limited capacity. To be quite honest, if it hadn't been for the kids who had requested Taco Cabana at home, I would have disregarded the order altogether and driven across the street to Chick-fil-A. But I didn't want to have to listen to the mouths of the kids. I totally felt unappreciated and felt like I was talked to and treated rudely. I drive or walk past this place daily and I will not be going back. Not because the food is bad but because of who the owners have chosen to hire as their employees and the way they treat the customers. I'm sorry Taco Cabana. My words mean little and so there's nothing I can do simply by expressing myself. That's why I will not be returning to your restaurant. My words won't change anything but when offended by the way we are treated, the biggest impact we can have is to stop spending our dollars with you. Do this long enough and to enough people, and you will be closing your doors permanently. I certainly won't be back.

My wife placed a pickup order at 7:40 and at 8:15 they still have not finished our food, but someone walked in at 8:00 and PLACED their order and just left with their food. My wife is also 8 months pregnant and they left her standing there the entire time. Completely inconsiderate and unacceptable. I’ve had many issues with this place before but this was the worse and led me to leave this review. These people need serious customer service training. All the way from management down.

I’m a regular customer at this location, most of the time I go during the night because it’s more quiet and I can enjoy my food. I been going every Friday for the last month and the reason why is because the manager on duty Elaine and the team working with her are amazing. I like how they communicate and they are always busy even if they don’t have customers they are all working keeping the restaurant clean, manager included! Elaine always have a beautiful smile to show you and it’s ready to help you and make your visit more pleasant. I guess for the time her team and her are there, I’ll keep going to this location. Thank you for my beef bowl and my quesadilla earlier.

Let me say first, I loved Taco Cabana. Been here many many times. Always had shredded chicken tacos. They were the best. Don't offer them anymore. Ordered fajita chicken tacos. Tacos came with 2 things, "chicken" and a tortilla, nothing else. After looking at the menu it says the tacos come plain...my fault, but it doesn't really matter, no amount of cheese and lettuce or salsa could fix this. The "chicken" on the tacos shouldn't classify as such. Tenderized, injected, rubber like, fake grill mark meat. My wife and I ordered 5 tacos, ate 1/2 of one and threw the rest away. Let me say to the owner, the employees were polite attentive and hard-working. The food at TC is now a problem and I fear it is a corporate problem, not a local franchise problem that needs fixing. Many TC's in North Texas are closing and I think I know why.

This is not a chorizo breakfast bowl. It is essentially a chili pie with a gallon of nacho cheese sauce. What the heck are you guys thinking? This is horrible and false advertising. Chili!!!???? Nacho cheese??!!!!! Are you kidding me??

We were looking at all the ratings for the taco cabana and they all sucked so took a gamble and picked one and it turned it pretty dam good food was fresh fast and nothing missing or wrong I was impressed

I love Taco Cabana. This location is so slow that I am about to just leave and just let them keep the money. It's a relaxed atmosphere.... Update - NEVER EAT THEIR AGAIN There is nothing better than reading a restaurant's reply that tells me that next time I should use the app. to order. Based on what they wrote I'm left to infer they are saying it is my fault their employees were in slow motion today. Great reply Taco Cabana. Here's a tip, hire someone to write your replies.
