We came to Torchy’s from a recommendation. The Richardson location totally took care of us! They welcomed us right as we walked in, made recommendations and repeatedly asked if there was anything we needed. The manager came out and was incredibly friendly. The food: hands down amazing!! Some of the best tacos I have ever had. Try shrimp tacos. Sooooo good! Churros with dulce sauce; a must have!Kid-friendliness: Multiple kid friendly options. My kids loved the shrimp tacos with the jalapeños removed (they don’t like the spice).

Friend and I went to this location on Sunday 3/10 at 9:30PMWe waited on our 3 tacos and queso for 20 min. When we got home (7 min away) They gave us STONE COLD tacos. They were not warm at all and had they tasted like they were cold for HOURS. The tortillas were greasy and stale. We tried calling but it was already 9:58 and you also can't get ahold of someone on the phone. So upset that we wasted $30 on the worst tacos and bad service

Came here to get my annual Roscoe only to discover that they had revamped the recipe and served it in February. ☹️ Just missed it! When the manager came by to check on me, I mentioned my sadness, and she informed me of the change. I was still very happy with my Scallywag, but a few minutes later, she walks out with the newly remodeled Churroscoe from the previous month for me to try! Super duper nice, and an amazing taco! Highly recommend this location! Thanks so much!

Mike the bartender is an amazing guy who will do anything to provide you an excellent experience. Same with the rest of the staff. Best tacos in Texas.
