I don't know if it's the company or what BUT i have never had the issues I'm having with the company YouFit. First of all i signed up right before COV-19 in February 2020 i paid for that month and March which they closed that month and still charged me then tried to charge me for April and at that time they put my account on a freeze till they opened back up which i expressed and tried to cancel then but they would not let me. Now they are still sayin my account is active i I've paid $200 to a club I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN! THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP AND THEY WANT ME TO PAY BACK 4 MONTHS ON SOMETHING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CANCELED AND I HAVE YET TO COME IN TO ONE OF THERE CLUBS AND USE ANY SERVICE! If you are not sure weather or not you want to stay with them for a year do not sign up use their free trial because they won't refund you and will charge you to cancel.

This is starting to happen way to often. If your hours say you should be open, then you should be open. People get out of bed early to go workout, because as a business you promise to be open. You are supposed to be motivating people to be healthier. You are helping them make excuses not to workout.

Obviously the gyms closed for covid-19. Well months pasted and its now July almost August and ive been calling them asking them when they are going to re open or could I have a refund, they told me they were not doing refunds at this time and that the Firt Worth location should be open in the next 2 weeks. I LITERALLY just drove by there and there is a for lease sign on the door! So they lied to me over and over for months and then told me they were not doing refunds but could apply my credit towards another Youfit club. WOW, the closest club is in Richardson TX, 58 minutes away. So no, no i can NOT drive an hour one way and an hour one way back for a 30 min personal training session twice a week, like I paid for!

Great place. And tries harder then any other gym. Yall complain but really, has any other gym done better? At least youfit tries. Try finding something this cheap, clean and green anywhere else...

So happy you are open again! Masks ARE enforced in the gym but not “required” when on the machines, and you have to sanitize equipment you use before and after use. Am I the only one that was social distancing at the gym before the pandemic? Andrea in the morning is absolutely amazing! She’s so friendly with everyone and was very polite my first day back explaining the new safety protocol guidelines. I look forward to seeing her in the mornings :) honestly when it comes to cleanliness during these crazy times this is the place I am most comfortable and I look forward to dropping all I gained during the stay at home order.

They are not requiring face masks despite Dallas county mandate, which they can be fined for (up to $500 per person without mask). They are also not enforcing 6 feet distancing. When discussed with their team, they essentially said to “mind your own business”. COVID isn’t a joke, and they are putting their customers at risk.

The gym in itself isn't necessarily bad, but I've recently been disgusted at their lack of communication and all-around shadiness. I have tried cancelling my membership multiple times throughout the pandemic. Called up on 2 separate occasions to cancel and was told that my membership was cancelled, but I kept being billed nonetheless. Tried emailing too, but unsurprisingly, that didn't work either. I went to this location for over 2 years and am disgusted that they would treat their customers like this. It's incredibly greedy and unprofessional, therefore I cannot recommend this place.Called up for a third time today, and was told that I now had to wait for my location to open, and then I will have to go in and cancel in person. If you are looking for a reliable gym that won't scam you out of your money, avoid this place.

Gyms have been reopened for a month here and this location is still temporarily closed. Youfit was the only gym membership I had (I have several) that continued to charge membership fees while the doors were closed. Now after a month since gyms were allowed to reopen they remain closed and continue to string their members along. Nice facility for the price yes but some really shady business practices. Can't wait for the doors to open up to cancel this membership.

I've tried to cancel time and time again (because I'll be leaving to the military soon) by calling their customer service line and no one ever answers! Reading all the yelp reviews I see I'm not the only one! Their customer service is really bad I don't get why they have a customer service number if they're just going to redirect your call! Oh and I've tried email too, no help there! I don't recommend this gym at all! I suggest you pay the price for a better gym because in the long run it'll be worth it!

The gym closed toward the end of March, 2020 due to COVID-19, yet they continued to charge their customers for the month of April. I requested a refund for the month of April and they are refusing to do so, after misleading me that they would once the gym opens again. Now, they tell me they won't refund me. Really? This is exactly how you lose a customer. Still confused?

The fact that they completely disregarded their customers is very unprofessional. I finally got an email response where I was promised both a refund for my payment and the cancellation of my account. Turns out they did neither. I just got charged again, despite the fact that I explained the person who emailed me that I had lost my job and am struggling. They simply do not care. No one answers. That person doesnt even care to respond emails anymore. They do not even allow voicemails. Simply hang up. Once this is all over, companies will be remembered by how they acted during these trying times. I will get a job and hopefully one day feel safe enough to enroll at a gym at one point but I will never, ever, use this company again. Their callousness is astounding. Perhaps I would be less insulted if no one had ever answered, but the fact that they KNOW I cant afford the expense and their promise to cancel and refund only to continue to do and then refuse to communicate w me again, THAT is a slap in the face.

Sad to say after this quarantine is over, I'll be taking my interests back over to Lifetime Fitness. This gym has charged for two months worth's of memberships while this lockdown has been implemented. Meaning that gyms are closed and we are all unable to use the facilities that we pay monthly for. All while when I tried to contact them at the beginning, there seemed to be nobody that could help. It's bad business. I have a friend that goes to a gym in the same area who's had her account get put on a lockdown freeze by the gym until it's lifted. Funny thing is that I tried calling their customer service before this lockdown started and nobody EVER picked up.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for over a month, BEFORE the shutdown. Cannot get a hold of anyone. Corporate number sends you to local where there is no answer. They haven't any problem charging my bank account!

My experience with Youfit has been great thus far! I have been a member with the gym for some time now and I have had all positive experiences! I like that I can go to different locations with my membership, and the hours are good for me. I am a single mom so finding the perfect time to go workout is always a challenge for me. Also, as a mom, I wish you all offered classes for kids (yoga, stretching, cardio, etc.). My 6 year old would enjoy that!

This is a great place to workout, I easily stay here an hour. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and provides disinfectant and paper towel near the equipment, and there is a water bottle refill station at the water fountain.

Over all a good club, the only flaw for me, is the showers aren't clean, the other night I did some repairs in my bathroom so I decide to work out and get a shower there n it wasn't too pleasant.

I had to give them a star to send review, but I would give them a minus 0. Because I cancel my membership 03/26/19 by sending in a certified letter to this location which they were still taking payment out of my account (after been told they didn't receive the certified letter). So I sent all my copies of my certified records to their corporate offices, chargers were placed back into my account. Now fast forward 8 months and checking my account they have started back taking money out again & not only there's an increase in the amount. I've been emailed their corporate offices since November & I'm yet to get a response. I'm not just going to let them keep stealing from me. So watch your statement.

Ok guys this is an update. So after my last review I tried calling the location to talk to the manager but couldn't because she was always "in another Youfit location". They insisted to talk to me in person while knowing that I canceled because I moved to other city. All of the employees I talked too admitted it was their fault to charge me for two extra months and promised to reimburse me. The last time I talked to them was one employee assured me I would be refunded and the process would take a month. Really? I knew this was total crap but I didn't want to be that customer so I didn't push them. Instead I put a reminded on my phone to check on it a month later (yeah so I wouldn't forget like you guys expected) . And guess what guys? It's been a month and Nada!!! From this point what can I do? I guess just write an update on yelp to guilt them so I can feel a little better. Then I gotta let my $46 bucks (2 months of membership) go and move on (even though I dream about it every night) and stay on an instant ramen diet for a month to recuperate from the financial recession.
