We financed a lot loan through this bank. They were responsive, very professional and gave us what we needed when we needed it.

If you want a bank that Has horrible business hours. Horrible ethics. Likes to charge outrageous fees for anything. Has technology in comparison to all banks. This should be the last bank you consider.This bank charged $15 for several months and would not refund it. Because they were now requiring a $5000 minimum balance. I contacted MELISSA Quintanilla the area branch manager and she did absolutely nothing.

Worst bank ever in the history of banks. Minimum balance went from 1500 to 5,000 in order to keep free account. You may not have too many transactions (like 5) or you WILL get a fee. The bank hours are NOT convenient enough. The website is junk. My advice is any other bank provides better service and will go out of their way to keep customers happy. When I asked the branch manager to refund my 15$ monthly fee they had charged the last 6 months no one lifted a finger to do anything to keep me as a client even the area branch manager just replied with some junk verbiage to deflect my request. I will be ending my relationship with them.

If I ever had to do another construction loan it would be through Newfirst Bank. Everyone is friendly/professional, and the loan process experience went smoothly!!
