I started boxing here 3 months ago. They accept anyone and has a very friendly group! The coaches are very encouraging and the work is hard but fun, if you want somewhere to box, this is the place to be!

Great vibe, very welcoming!!! 530pm to 9pm open time is great! They have workout classes, big gym, multiple bags and workout stations. Getting back to shape will be no problem or get in to shape.

Awesome Gym . As long as you stay dedicated you will see results i really recommend coming on Tuesday.
