Very good I did not know they closed at 1 and where I live this is the closest bank for regions but luckily I got there before and they were able to help me out! Definitely recommend this location for Regions?

Great customer service. We have to drive here almost all the time because the Georgetown location is awful to deal with, but the ladies here are great and always helpful.

The folks at Regions are awesome! They treat you like you are important!I was surprised to see some of the negative reviews. Things happen like ATM not working. It does not mean their team does not ROCK.

The old bait and switch! Promised an offer of $400 for opening an acct for my 13 year old son and it never showed up. When I asked about it they said we took off e statements but they could never show proof. I had little to no follow up from them. The only redeeming part of this place is Shannom who went to bat for me best she could. It is ao messed up to be treated like this on your first experience with a bank. My 23 year old was devastated. Going back to a real bank that cares about customers. I will be reporting these poor practices to the attorney general, banking commission and anyone else who will listen!

I have just received the worst customer service from a bank I have ever experienced on your mobile banking phone line. Your associate was unhelpful, offered a generous helping of attitude and then sent me into the black hole of your automated phone system. In the past, I could call the bank manager in Round Rock to fix account issues directly. The revolving door of staff and management along with the elimination of direct phone service has made connecting with someone to fix issues a nightmare. After 4 1/2 years with business and personal accounts at Regions, you folks have finally done enough for me to start looking for a new financial institution. Regions talks a great game about customer service, but the reality is that it's just another big bank that doesn't give a damn. Very disappointing.

DONT BANK HERE. We banked with the round rock tx branch. They had a mess up and put our account on absolute 0. Then tried to deny, lie and cover it up, even tried to make it look like our fault. After my wife fought with them for a few days they addmitted to it. They said they would return our money and refuse to tell us what happend. My money should have been returned last week but is still not there. Luckily we paid our rent before this happened. It still left us with no money to buy formula for our new born our food for the rest of us,in a town we just moved to with no friends or family to rely on. Luckily we found some help with the formula. If you are like the rest of us and need your money to live then DONT BANK HERE. Thank you regions for screwing my family so bad.

ATM is legit neverrr working & crappy customer service! Not ONCE but TWICE has the ATM incorrectly counted my money and I've had to start alll over! It's a machine people, it's not human it's not allowed to make mistakes... especially being $100 OFF WTH.... not okay
