Do not take your vehicle thru the car wash. It literally ripped my wheel cover off and broke it. The attendant said it was their machine that it did the same thing the week before to another car. I filled out an incident report and now they will not replace it.

Got an oil change and the guy slammed my door so hard he broke the motor for my window I was inside the lobby and it was so loud I felt I was next to the car when it happened I told them the window was working just fine before and he said it was already like that had to repair it myself. The car had no previous wrecks or window issues before but the guy was rude and there was no accountability place is horrible and the cashier lady didn’t care about anything g and was just on her phone

Paid 16 for a car wash, just for my truck to come out the same. The guys paid no attention to the window. Not the first time, but definitely the last.

Do not take your car here for an oil change and if you do save your receipts. I took my car here a total of two times and they cut the skid plate, made a hole so when they do my oil change they don’t have to remove the entire skid plate. Then when I took it up there to ask them about it they denied they did it. They still haven’t replaced or compensated me for doing this. Think twice before you go here.

The car wash is never open when they say it is. 3 times this month, July 2023, It's been closed 20 minutes after 8. On my last visit July 15th, one of their employees told me to go talk to The manager after I caught him smoking a cigarette in his car at 8:20 am. Twenty minutes after they claim to be open. I'm not sure you really want me to do that. You all should be fired. They're worse than Zips

I used to enjoy goin there but lately the vacuums barely work, the guys at the bay lama r rude n lazy as if they don’t want to be there much less work n always leave the windows streaky w dirty rags n they don’t finish dryn off the car. i think i’ll be canceling my membership

They do oil changes as well & they do a great job as well. Great experience all around. Respectful staff, and they do their jobs fast and efficient
