The Jim Bass crew made our first car purchase a breeze! They were patient as we test drove several different vehicles to find the right one. Clinton did an outstanding job, even as he was learning the finance manager’s role. Jim Bass is doing everything they can to make their customers feel more comfortable. No more high tension in the finance office. Instead, you work with the salesman you’ve gotten to know. As a first time buyer, this was a big deal to us. Clinton was very straightforward, no slimy salesman tactics. No bullying or rushing, which was something we experienced at other dealerships in town. If you’re considering buying in San Angelo, go to Jim Bass. They give fair pricing and meet you where you are. Dana, the sales manager is also worth mentioning. He does his best to give customers a good deal. We prayed about which car to buy and it all fell into place in God’s perfect timing. All that to say.. save yourself the stress & headache and go to Jim Bass! They will take care of you.

Was looking at a lot across the street with an open gate. Just browsing and I got stopped by a bald older man named Lance I believe. He said these cars are not for sale they’re going to the auction. I go dang that sucks and he drives off. No hey how are you, are you in the market for a vehicle, sorry sir these aren’t for sale but we may have something you’re looking for. Hey sir if you’re really interested in these here’s the location to the auctions. I can put you in touch with a salesman. We have a lot of great deals across the street I’m sure the dealership can find you a vehicle that fits your needs. Normal things dealerships say to sell cars. Or have a good rest of your day sir.

I have purchased my last two vehicles here. The sales people are all super great and helpful. Jimmy Yarborough helped us to build and order our van. Trey has great accessories to offer for your vehicles, the resist all shield has been a life saver for preventing stains. When the time comes again we will certainly be back to get vehicles with Jim Bass.
