I had to pay 400 dollars more than my print out quote. And when I questioned it she wasn’t able to give me a quote for labor until it was done, which I find hard to believe. I would never recommend this dealership.

I am driving the 2025 Nissan Rogue (my husband and I) purchased from Jim Bass Nissan last week. I have purchased all my vehicles from the Bass Bunch for over 40 years & I have never failed to receive personal attention & excellent service. This review includes all the San Angelo Jim Bass dealerships and support organizations.
I wish I could name all of the people who helped me through this transaction; however, my memory for names only stretches so far! Thank you James, Payton, Trey, Jimmy & all the members of the Bass Bunch who made us feel very special. They definitely take care of their customers!

Purchased a new Nissan Versa on 8/25/25. Sean Feldbauer was our salesman and was a delight. He listened to our needs and guided us to a better option. We were looking at a used Sentra and he put us in a brand new Versa with more cargo space for cheaper than the used car. We did not use in those financing and he told us step by step what to do with our credit union. We found, secured financing and left with the vehicle all in the same afternoon. 4 stars only because of the dealership’s false advertising. The car was advertised online and on TV at $20k and change yet when we got there the sticker was $2,000 more due to after market options they put on the vehicle that we didn’t need and could not be undone. Still, we are happy with our new car and highly recommend Sean.

Has anyone else experienced being forced into purchasing a windshield protection package? Was told that the package couldn't be removed from the sell which has forced me to look elsewhere entirely. Insurance already covers this.

In 2024 and 2025, the dashboard of my 2023 Nissan Pathfinder illuminated with multiple warning lights on three separate occasions within a little over a year. The most recent incident occurred just before a planned out-of-town trip. Fortunately, I was near Jim Bass Nissan and brought the vehicle directly to their service department. Rachel greeted me immediately, took photographed and documented the dashboard display, and the following day, Cali professionally assured me the issue would be resolved. She made it a point to call me every day with updates on the repair of my vehicle.
Cali, her team, and the Nissan engineers diligently diagnosed the problem, leading to the replacement of the battery, mass air flow sensor, and the throttle body on separate occasions. Despite the disruption, I consider myself a loyal Jim Bass customer, and the team's dedication to service was evident.
Further demonstrating their commitment to customer care, the service team efficiently handled the routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, and air filter replacement) on my other Nissan vehicle, and proactively replaced the rear brake pads to ensure my family's safety – all during the same visit. The Pathfinder repairs were covered under my extended warranty, and I deeply appreciated the team's focus on ensuring our safe travels.
The Jim Bass Nissan service department went above and beyond to repair one vehicle and service another within a tight timeframe. Most importantly, they ensured my family had a safe vehicle for travel—a truly invaluable service.

Service advisor Rachel at Nissan was very helpful nice and very professional and knowledgeable of performing her job she new exactly what needed to be done and had answers for all my questions
I feel that if she needed she could fix my vehicle all by herself
Just saying you don’t come across employees like that everyday
Especially that very customer oriented

Customer service was very helpful! Rachel helped in any way she could. Her taking the time to hear our problems and find out what our problem was. Places need more employees, like Rachel, who hear out the customers needs and not just guess what the problem may be. Employees who actually help are the ones I always remember and will come back to!
