We have had a difficult journey trying to get my wife to the US on an I-130 visa, and have been waiting 2.5 years. While Ms. Inegol could not help us with our case, she helped us understand the process better, avoid a huge potential misstep, and actually find a potential way to get my wife here while waiting for the USCIS to do what they do.
