I've started using FinerWorks almost exclusively for all my print work for my online business. They do extremely high quality fine art prints, on the best quality paper, but also are expanding their product lines for other items, so I've been able to move away from the mega-dropshipping outfits. I'm happy that they're all-American, and so are my customers, and that I don't have to ship Chinese materials. Their customer service is the best I've found, and their shipping work has been flawless. I'm looking forward to continuing to expand my products from them in the future.

Finerworks always delivers excellent giclee prints! Their website is very easy to negotiate when ordering. The packaging they use when shipping is great! Shipping times are quick. I will definitely be ordering more giclee prints from them in the future!

(Update: shortly after the earlier review a James reached out to me with further details re the ink used. They said they would provide the info on the website too. The prints themselves are great - the issue was simply with the support.)
I am disappointed to have to write this review with regards to the customer service from FinerWorks. I reached out to understand the attributes of the ink/coating/etc. used in their fine arts / "giclée" prints they did for me - for context, the precise qualities of the ink and other materials used can be important for the artist (me), but also for galleries, museums, future conservators and collectors. I asked about the colorant and ink vehicle used, while support indicated the Canon printer used, they claimed they "do not provide more detailed information" about the ink. Multiple competitor print shops of FineWorks - which I also print with - did provide full information re: my prints to me, so it is frankly strange that FinerWorks refuses to provide this information. This shouldn't be a secret. With high-end products and services, high quality customer service should be expected.

I have been using FinerWorks for about two years now, and all of my prints have turned out amazing! I have done about seven print projects using my own frames and one canvas with frame project (very reasonably priced too, IMO), and they all turned out great. The colors have been spot on, and the quality of paper makes you feel rich when you are framing them. I have used the archival matte paper, canvas (for flat print & frame) and I did one print in their Aquarelle Rag 310. The order process is easy and straight forward, and then, voila, you get your art in the mail! I highly recommend, and sign up for their communications so you get sale notices!

I was reluctant to use an online printing service but they've exceeded all my expectations. I now order a lot of prints from them. Excellent quality prints, perfect packaging, quick replies, great turnaround on orders, easy to reach if I have questions. I am a customer for life!!
