They changed all the equipments except cardio machines, way back 2109 the equipments are better. This time is like worst, lat pull down seat dont locked and you are bouncing while pulling.

Adding Nicholas to this location was a great decision. He has incredible professionalism, that follows him from the previous Golds location. I’m confident that he adds positivity, and motivation to the team and definitely makes me want to come back to this location!

I have been a member if golds gym off and on for at least 25 years. I moved a lot with my job, so used lots of gold gyms. This one disappoints me when it comes to the cleanliness of the room used for organized classes. I mop a section of the floor where I work out. They never wet mop the floor, rarely dust mop it! Other than that, I love the gym.

SAW sent us an email saying we had a leak.
My husband and I tried to figure out the source of the leak the whole afternoon but were unsuccessful.
David from SilverBack came this morning. He took two hours. Figured out the source of the leak and did the repairs.
He is very competent, courteous, professional. He arrived on time and is very good with communication.
He charges us a very very reasonable price for two hours of work.
We are so relieved and very grateful that we have such a great plumbing company such as SilverBack Plumbing and Drain.

Almost always packed. They need more cable machines and at least another lag press and hack squat...lots of space for more stuff they could put in some more equipment from some of the closing gyms. I like the vibe here and the employees are cool but it sucks having to wait on stuff all the time because they just don't have enough for the amount of people that they have.

No Sauna , to many crowds other members are very inconsiderate and staff members are extremely rude. Will not be coming back to this gym. It’s been a month since the other golds on Bandera closed which I find to be a huge mistake. Now that gym is over crowded.

I like this gym. Love that they are open 24hrs Monday thru Thursday. Very good equipment.

I can only speak about the classes and I love them here. Great instructors and the space is huge. The gym itself is clean and I like the way it is organized.

When my Golds Gym closed a month ago I was very hesitant in coming to this gym. On my 1st visit and seeing Nicolas Lewis greet me at the front desk felt like I was back home. Your company is VERY FORTUNE to have him on your team. Now, after coming here for nearly a month, I am happily pleased to see that I’m here and seeing a lot of the old staff from the other gym. This has made the transition here much easier and feeling welcomed.
