By far the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I've driven many Fords with no issues but this brand new 2018 F150 has been nothing but trouble since I've bought it. After the first week I had to take it back because water was going though the windshield and the truck completely shut off in the highway, in pouring rain, with my 4 year old son. We almost got hit 3 times from the rear!!! The truck spent its first month in the shop!!! I tried to return it at that point but they told me no! Then after getting the truck back the transmission would slip! Stalling in the middle if an intersection, again almost getting hit by incoming traffic, and again with my kids in the truck!!! After they "fix" that (because the transmission still slips) the navigation screen wouldn't work!!! So AGAIN I had to take the truck back!! Now it's back in the shop because a part of the exhaust fell off and the truck sounds like a dang lawnmower!! On top of that they tried to get me to pay for it because the part was "missing", their excuse was that they think some tried to steal the part?! Like as if someone broke inside the truck, popped the hood and tried to take a random part... oh all while I was driving alone and waiting in line at Sonic. Again I tried to return the truck but they refused, every manager refused to talk to us, saying it wasn't their problem anymore! I will never do business with this dealership ever again and I will take this issue as far as I possibly can!!

If you want to purchase a new vehicle and get a few laughs in while you're doing so ask for James Chapman. He's always able to help me out when I have questions and was very helpful throughout the whole process. My shopping experience with him was the best! After going to several dealerships different brands he was the only one to bend over backwards and do his best to find me a new set of fancy wheels and drive away like Iwon the lottery! I definitely recommend him as a sales person!

Another great experience with the Quick Lane Service @ Southway Ford. My annual visit for an Oil Change, Tire Rotation & Inspection, the fifth time in as many years, and each visit has taken less than an hour. My Service Advisor Rene was professional and efficient, and knew exactly what had to be done. He offered some additional optional services, which I ultimately decided to do on my own, but it didn't cause any problems. I was done within the hour, and Rene even disinfected my Ford Escape in the end. Thanks !

*BUYER BEWARE* First off let me say that when I first found my vehicle it did not have a price so I went ahead and called I was told "X" amount and that the vehicle had just been traded in. When I got there I was greeted by a sales representative who had cleaned the truck up which I appreciated. I explained to them that because it was used as well as a diesel that I would like to get it inspected by my mechanic just to ensure this is worth my time. He explained to me that the vehicle also will go through inspection before they are ready to sell, but he let me take the vehicle for 48 hours for the inspection by my mechanic which I appreciated. Before I could return the truck I got a call that someone else was also looking to buy the truck. I said I was still interested but I will go ahead and wait for the truck to be inspected by the dealer before we talk numbers. I was explained that the only way the sales price would change is dependent on how much money it would cost to repair things on the truck. So i got to the dealer and It must have been only 30 minutes and he came back with only one issue that the truck had (needed new batteries) I was surprised that the inspection was done so quick but more to my surprise was how many things the dealer missed when Conducting this inspection. This whole time I had been under the impression that their inspection would take at least a day which i would have been fine. He then goes to tell me that this negotiation process is unfair because my mechanic had the vehicle for 24 hours. The sales guy explained to me that he was unsure how much they could repair due to the fact that the service center was closed, and instead of holding off till we got prices, he had the audacity to tell me that the other person who would want to buy the truck would pay the price without the repairs. How could a sales individual or dealer be comfortable selling a vehicle that had many mechanical and safety concerns and just sell the car as is? Then he mentioned that because of the time they could not put a hold on the vehicle and they couldn't guarantee that it would be there the next day. In order to make the sale he talked to the manager and stated they would write up a contract and repair everything needed that was addressed by my mechanic with the condition that i could not negotiate the price. This tactic put a lot of pressure on me due to the fact that this left no negotiation which is what the reason for me delaying to buy the truck. After talks I agreed to their terms and would have all the repairs done before I took delivery However all I asked was if if they could a replace a manufacture step board (FORD) that had been broken. He explained that the company could not eat $800 and that the price was nonnegotiable. At this point i was so uncomfortable i wanted to get the deal over with. When I arrived home I went the the dealers website to grab the Vin for my insurance company.... my heart dropped when I saw that the price had been changed by $1000.00 lesser....after the dealer said the price would not and could not move. This just goes to show the amount of integrity this dealer has towards its customers. How can they say the price is nonnegotiable however the same day that I signed papers the vehicle price has dropped by $1000.00. To me this is not right. This has taken money out of my wallet. To those who are looking to buy from this dealer be very cautious. I would recommend if you are buying used to get your vehicle inspected by a third-party as they only do a 30 minute inspection before putting a vehicle for sale. Also do your due diligence and check their prices as often as possible, as you can see in my experience I signed for a vehicle that was less online the exact same day I bought it. I would hate for anyone to put their life in Jeopardy or be put in a financial bind due to the sales tactics of this dealership. Note: I addressed these concerns with an assistant manager and was told i would hear back from them to make things right. I have not heard anything....

The worst car dealership I've ever been to. And I've bought quite a few cars in my lifetime. When I received my offer for my trade in it was disrespectfully low. When I declined the offer the sales manager David came out. I've never seen such a pushy salesman. How that guy was in charge of anything is beyond me. It was uncomfortable. After what seemed like forever of him pressuring me and me only responding with no he simply said you're not a real buyer and walked away. I bought my brand new car later that week. Ford should shut this place down

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE SW MILITARY MAC HAIK SOUTHWAY FORD USED DEALERSHIP LOCATIONS!!! My friend bought a used car from here 4 days ago and regrets it. Before signing the deal she noticed the seats were stained, the steering wheel had make up, dirty carpet, broken part. But the salesman Nick promised he was going to fix and clean it. So she said ok. She told him she would go back later on that day and left to go get an insurance for the car. Well when she retuned an hour later to pick it up. The car was still parked there dirty and broken glass. Nick really thought she was going to take it home like that. But she then called and complained to Socrates Lopez over at the I35 location where she signed the papers. He said they will take care of it but to leave the car there. So after 4 days she went back to pick it up and it was still dirty. They didn't clean it professionally to steam clean the stains on the seats or vacuum or anything. So, she asked to speak to Nicks manager and he says we can put some water on the seats and wipe. I told my friend are you serious? I told her they don't care because you are Hispanic. This dealership is in a Hispanic area with mainly Hispanic customers and they don't care. They will tell you anything to get you to buy the car, make a deal then run you off. How can they sell unsanitized dirty cars? Nobody wants broken dirty cars so why do they sell their vehicles in this condition in an area with mainly Hispanic Do they really think their customers wont complain and like this. Well I dont like it and will complain because I don't like how they did my friend. I ask all of you not to do business here. Go somewhere else. My friend wants to return the car because now it starting to smell like piss. I think it was peed on by maybe a pet. I told my friend to return that dirty smelly car and tell everyone about her bad experience. I bet they won't pull this stunt over in the north side of town. I will help my friend report them to as many and write as many bad reviews to warn people about how they are treating their customers. People are paying thousands on their vehicle, the least they can do is mobile detail them, but they rather clean it themselves with a wet rag. Smh

I bought my car here and they were great to deal with. Bringing it back for the first service showed that the great reviews they have were true. Exceptional service from Brian at the Quick Lane. Will definitely return for all my future needs.

This Quick Lane is horrible. On a previous visit, over an hour for an oil change. Today, over an hour waiting until I see my vehicle parked in the lot, so I ask if it's ready and yes it is.

I purchased a used 2017 Ford Raptor SVT from Southway Ford a few days ago. I stopped by to look at the truck and really liked it. I did find it odd that it still hadn't been cleaned from the previous owner even though it had been there a few weeks. I wasn't planning on buying that day but I kind of got pressured on it and I ended up buying it. I love the truck but the very next day my neighbor pointed out to me that the truck had been in a collision. It Had a lot of damage on the front and underneath the vehicle that I never noticed because the truck was very dirty when I bought it. It was late and raining on the day that I purchased the vehicle as well. The vehicle never got cleaned for me so I failed to see the damage. I called my salesman and told him about it the next morning and he advised me to bring the truck back in so they can look at it. After looking at the damage they agreed to repair the damages but when I went back a few days later to pick up the truck the bumper and headlight trim had not been replaced. I paid almost 60k for this truck and I truly believe that they were trying to hide the damage by not cleaning it. Once the truck got detailed I also noticed that the trucked had been side swiped and the fender flares had bad scratches on the passenger side. The manager Leo basically told me that he could not fix it for me . Basically told me that he'd replace a part of the bumper but if it stayed crooked that there was nothing he could do. Also told me that he wasn't going to fix the fender flares. I feel like I've been manipulated and tricked. When you spend this kind of money on a vehicle you expect it to be at least in good shape. I would have NEVER purchased this vehicle if I had seen the damage from the start. I've purchased over 20 new and used vehicles over my lifetime and have NEVER been treated this way. I'm not expecting him to fix normal wear and tear items, just to fix the items that make the truck look like it's been in an accident. I feel as if I have been sold a wrecked truck and you'll failed to disclose that information to me. So I'm left with a bent and damaged skid plate, headlight trim damaged and both fender flares scraped really bad. Very disappointed to say the least. I'm a retired Marine on a limited budget and can't afford to fix these things on my own. Thanks Leo

Don't come here. These guys will tell you whatever you wanna hear. I got a truck here with a repair they needed to make and told me it would be ready that Monday which was a couple days away. Well that turned into a giant mistake they ended up keeping the truck for 2 weeks before they got it to me. It was too late being that I had already signed the papers. Which did not push back my payment date either. I paid a month for the truck and had it for 2 weeks. They said they would buy the cap on the rim for my truck. Nothing. I was unhappy so I took the truck to another dealer. They bought the truck back gave me money towards my new vehicle and it was a new truck as opposed to this used truck with very little features. All the promises came from the sales manager but could not live up to it. Even sadder is that the sales manager is someone I've known for a very long time. Imagine what he'd do to a person he doesn't even know. Don't waste your time here go anywhere but here for your ford needs. I kept contacting them about getting my replacement cap. Never received it.

We've only dealt with the service department. Don't go for a simple oil change if you don't want to spend your whole day there waiting. Even worse, they'll announce when the "food is here!" so they can ALL take a lunch break together while customers are waiting anxiously to get on with their day. They could at least stagger lunch times to maximize productivity. They could be a great dealership if they showed more professionalism.

Only giving it one star because I have to. I'm sorry to say this but its better to go to the North side location for better service. I've been here 3 times and each time I left very un happy. The attitude of not caring on their part alone makes me not go back. Not only will I never go back there but I will tell others to go anywhere else but here. I don't know if they think because it's on the Southside they don't have to act professional but come on! That's why people don't come back. Treat people as if u care and you know what u have a loyal customer. And they bring others too.

Just a note to advise of my latest experience. I arrived on time for a scheduled appointment, and was immediately attended to. "The Works", including an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection, was completed within the hour. Within minutes of leaving, I experienced a flat tire, so I quickly returned to see what could be done. Southway patched the tire, free of charge, and apologized for the inconvenience. They also offered to sell me a brand new tire at their cost, but it really wasn't necessary. I've been returning to Southway Ford for years now, and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is very courteous and polite, and I even got a free piece of cake. Mmmmmmm, cake... I'll be sure to return !
