I read on the website that ups can tape my package for a few but instead Kathryn told me I can buy tape and do it myself. When I asked she gave me attitude and yea yes she can wrap it for me? Very rude service.

When advised that I put on tape the associate only said I can have 6-8 inches or I could buy some tape.
I said I’ll take the 6-8 inches and then she put it in the most useless place on the box. They made a comment when I pulled it off to put in a more secure place.
I don’t see the big deal in letting me using some tape to secure my box

Worst costumer service ever. Zero stars. Didn't receive the help I needed but sure charge me tape and yet could get my items mailed out.

Tony and Bell were both phenomenal today. We went to return a couple Amazon packages. The place was packed, but both of them were super courteous, helpful, and warm. Way more than I would be dealing with the work load they obviously have to deal with. Give them a raise. For real! They deserve it!

Someone greeted us quickly. We went in for notary services, but the final price for all signatures was a bit steep. The attendant recommended we go to another place based on personal experience to get notary service. I loved that they looked out for us in that way, very caring and kind staff.

the customer service is so good, every service i need they can provide. its way cheaper to do the printing, photocopies at ups store than way home.
tracking parcel is easy and detailed too.
