I was provided excellent service at this location, Tiffany was kind enough to stop what she was working on and take time to help me at the kiosk. Even though my files wouldn’t load I could tell she was trying her best, and was very apologetic. I enjoyed her help.

The women that work there are very rude! Customer service you can laugh at! You can feel it as soon as you walk in the door! Won't be back to this location!

Their photo machine is messed up and apparently has been like that for awhile he said. I'm told this only after I customized an order and waited for over an hour. I wish he had said that before and I could have gone somewhere else.

The pharmacy was closed due to the pharmacist being sick and Paul was incredibly helpful in providing information and locating a nearby Walgreens to get my medication.

Pharmacy closed for emergency for 2 days in a row. The prescription I have can not be filled by another location because, this Pharmacy has not accepted it into the system. I would give a zero but that is not offered. CVS will soon have my business!!!!

Kandace she was working the register was so rude! I said Hi good morning how are you?! and she didn’t reply back, also mumbling when she walked away saying if my son falls out of the basket it wouldn’t be her problem! My son is my problem not her! I spoke with the assistant manager and he didn’t seem to care! Even the way she looked at me when I came up to the register was horrible. Kandace be thankful you have a job and that you woke up this morning!! Some people don’t have that opportunity! Stop being shitty to people that didn’t shit on you! She needs to go through customer service training again!!

I’ve had a good experience here previously using the drive through pharmacy. Today, for a flu shot, my experience was retched. I made an appointment online for Saturday. After a 45 minute wait past my scheduled appointment, I had to leave. I let the pharmacy technician know. He replied, “No problem,” but offered no apology. The pharmacist called my mobile after I left. She was apologetic and said my flu shot was ready if I came back. I wasn’t able and declined. I’ll make an appointment elsewhere and maybe try a week day.

It was the worst experience ever. I visited the store to purchase some wound cleaning and dressing items, as well as a few groceries. When I got to the Cash register, noone was there. I noticed that the cashier was stocking shelves at the back of the store, so I motioned to her, since the line at the register was getting long. She saw me beckoning to her, but ignored me, and continued stocking shelves. After about 10 minutes of waiting, she made her way to the cash register. I asked her to wait so that I could use my Walgreens rewards card, and she totally ignored me and continued checking the items that I had purchased. She proceeded to pack all the items, whether they were food items or the wound cleaning and dressing items in one bag, which resulted in some of the liquid items bleeding into other items, because these were all crammed very tightly. I tried to ask her to please separate the items and use different bags, but she ignored me. It was a horrible experience, which had no reason to be, and she would not move the items to other bags as I asked her, but prefer to cram everything together in as few bags as possible, resulting in some of the medical disinfectants bleeding into the ice cream and other food items. She was rude and very difficult to deal with. I will not go back to this particular Walgreens, (Evans/Canyon Golf and Stone Oak Parkway), although it is the closest to my home. The experience was too negative.

Kim the Manager. Who by the way looks nothing like a Manger. Very poor groomed is a racist, I went in with my husband to buy snacks cus, we have our tree small company and we were working close by, and just cus were Hispanics and im gona admitted we were dirty from work but mind u not smelly or broke, she approached us if we needed help, and only us lol, little does she know I would be abel to buy her a nice set off clothes and hygiene for that matter, and even lunch, im not the mean type but don't ever approach us in such a poor manner and keep following us. She is very unprofessional and I hope cooperate reads this as well. I will never step foot in that walgrerns.

Picking up my FedEx package was incredibly frustrating. Not only did FedEx screw up the initial drop off; but. Walgreens didn't make it any easier. I tried to pick up my package and the first employee said that their policy calls for picture ID. I added that nowhere does it state that it has to be a physical. I had the ID on my phone. She did not like that even though I explained that everything is on my phone, Samsung pay, insurance, IDs. She then said your package isn't here and walked off. Her "manager" Kim found the package within seconds. Unfortunately, she wouldn't release the package stating that there had to be a physical ID. I explained that nowhere does it say physical it just says present an ID and I had a photo of the photo ID on my phone. She was incredibly rude when I suggested we call FedEx and said "it's here because they had a problem with you." She did not say this in a helpful way, she was condescending. Then told me that she would print their policy but would first take care of everybody behind me. I left for my physical ID and came back. The bottom line is that what happens between FedEx and myself is none of her business. She didn't have to make this difficult and that's the feedback I gave her. With 100 Walgreens in the area, this will be my last visit here.

On the 20th of May, 2024, my wife/caregiver & I went into this Walgreens location with my vested service dog (SD). While my wife was paying for our items, the cashier named, Cadence, decided to distract my SD by talking directly to him. I never spoke to Cadence at the register to correct her for distracting an actively working SD. I used my voice commands to gently redirect my SD's attention back to myself. Cadence did not like this, so she decided to mutter just loud enough for my wife to hear, "What an a$$hol3." Due to hearing loss, I didn't hear this, but my wife did. When she asked Cadence to repeat what she said, she lied and told us she only said, "Have a nice day." We left the store, and I asked my wife what had happened, and when she told me, we went back inside to tell a manager. We were told Cadence's coworker that they have had issues before with Cadence and that she would be sent home for the rest of the day. The same employee told us that a manager was walking out of the door when she heard "something going on at the cash register" and would call us back to discuss what happened. Since Walgreens management doesn't seem to care about how disabled Veteran's and their service dog are treated, I wanted to warn other Veteran's and their families. Beware! This Walgreens location will continue to let their problematic employee, Cadence, disrespect customers without consequences.

I went to this Walgreens yesterday. Sadly I didn't get the name of the employee but this lady went above and beyond to help me with my coupons. It ended up being a glitch in their system. She talked to the manager and they got it fixed. She was the absolute sweetest and I really, really appreciated her help.
