Been going to this Walgreens for the past 3 months or so for hot wheels and they never have any on the pegs I think management is holding back or employees are selling boxes to scalpers

Me and my brother was here trying to get his medication and I also want to buy some tweezers. When I walked in the lady with the highlight was looking at us crazy, but I paid no attention so my brother went to the pharmacy and I went to get the tweezers and of course they were locked because of other shoplifters. I got the lady and she gave me the tweezers. I was like OK so then I went to the pharmacy with my brother to pay for his medication and I also gave him the tweezers to purchase with the medicine as well. So we walk on the store and with the highlight said oh ma’am wait you forgot you need to pay for that. I like and I totally I repay for them. Why do I need to steal. After I got home I was very aggravated and very embarrassed so I called the manager and the manager just took the Side of the employee. This store is trash, even after all the renovation the service there is low poor. I will g Give -10 stars if I could.

Willies a great employee, always smiling and cracking jokes. I've had my issues with this Walgreens in the past but hes definitely changed my opinion of this place. He looks out for customers and definitely makes this a place to want to shop at.

Everyone is very friendly. I did have an incident because I didn't have an appointment for covid vaccine. After I explained how difficult it was to get my 90 year old dementia mom there, the personal made an exception. I was so appreciative. It made my day. There is a key code to use the restroom. This can be a problem but it is understood due to the area. The store is so clean and organized.

To the District Manager, and the GM here at Walgreens 2200 E. Houston st. I've been coming to this location for over 24 years. Alot of previous Pharmacists have retired, excellent employees retired, most new employees now and the new excellent remodeled store. I had the pleasure of meeting Mario at the Photo section. Mario was friendly, polite, kind, answering All my questions, going beyond the line of duty in assisting me with what photo prints I was requesting. Mario was helpful, good listener, patient, caring and so professional and welcoming. Thank you Mario for being the great Walgreens representative allowing me to receive your excellent customer service. CGR ????

Oscar from the pharmacy department is the best, another Walgreens messed up our order and he fixed everything and was super friendly and welcoming. He represents the best of Walgreens!

Terrible service. Showed up at 11:30 for my 11:45 booster shot appointment. Corey who was checking me in took 20 minutes to figure it out. Never died anyone for help or me questions. If he had he would’ve known that my insurance changed and that’s why the system was rejecting it. In the meantime others were checked in and given there vaccines before me. Finally at 12:15 which took 30 seconds, I got my shot. It’s now 12:31 and I’m still waiting for my vaccine card to be filled out. I’m still sitting here watching people come and go for their shots.

I came here to get a COVID-19 booster, they are disorganized, and I had to wait an hour even though I had an appointment. I do not recommend this Walgreens
