The Carmel castle funnel cake takes funnel cakes to the next level. The gentleman running the truck is very courteous and has great customer service. This is my new go to splurge spot. Highly recommend!

Definitely going back; they were so accommodating this evening. Fried cheesecake was amazing and so were the funnel cakes. Mom enjoyed the caramel castle I think it’s called!! Thank you so much!!!
