GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!Guy just sitting at bay not one car in stall. Looks at me and continues on his phone . After not leaving he says he can’t do a state inspection because it’s sprinkling!
What? He made no sense and it sounded like an excuse not work. I saw 3 people doing nothing and can’t even answer the phone! Ridiculous!
Went over to Seguin Radiator and no excuse that is was raining. Just did their job!
Notice management only thanks good reviews but won’t address the poor service that’s slamming the reviews.

I have recently gone to have three of my vehicles inspected here and thought I’d get my oil changed since I know $7 isn’t keeping their doors open by any means. When I was greeted one gentleman said “do you know what an oil change costs for that car?” I thought he was joking as I didn’t work there and I wasn’t sure why he was asking me. I said no; I didn’t. He did state a price of $95. I did think that was high but I was in a hurry and my regular service provider is the dealership so maybe it had gone up. I also was dropping the car off so I didn’t have time to question or discuss. All my fault. Upon returning and getting my vehicle my husband did return with me and discover the reason for the cost was they ran full synthetic oil in the car which was not needed. I did attempt to call my husband in between and my regular service provider and again; I allowed it to happen but the was an complete example of taking advantage of a woman and not giving me option and assuming I was an idiot. If he would have asked me I would have said no. I should have asked more questions but I didn’t but he took advantage and I was trying to be nice and return business and I will NOT be back and I will be sharing this on my social groups to advise others to be ware!! Shame shame shame on you!!!!!!

It was a good experience, reminded me of a small town mechanic shop. The attendant that assisted me was also very friendly.

Great place to get an inspection! They were busy and I was told it would be 30 minutes to get an inspection and it only took 20 minutes. The inspector was fast and efficient. I've been to places where it took over 30 minutes just to do the inspection.

Got inspection twice at this location and never had an issue, all of a sudden I can't pass because I don't have a muffler, which doesn't change the omissions just makes it louder. Then they say I don't have a catalytic converter which is wrong because I do if i didnt have one i wouldnt have passed my omissions, and on top of that said that my tail lights were tinted which by the way are from the factory NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN complete rip off.
