The lady was rude from the second she laid eyes in us. She saw us pull in, but when we walked into the office she took her damn time getting to us. We ended up calling out for someone to assist us. Then she knew my purse with ID was in the accident and was stored in their office by the owner and she said I can't let you back there without ID. And how will I know it's really you. Just rude. I cannot believe a person could lack such compassion. She was not ignorant to what my family just went through. I pray she doesn't encounter anyone like her if she ends up in a similar situation.

Make sure you take your insurance card, paper copy! Kind of rude but did help me. Just did not want to print out my insurance card.

Garcia’s Wrecker is the first place I’d call if I needed a tow. I have been at multiple accident scenes where Frankie is requested or on rotation and he always has a positive attitude no matter the time of day or night. Garcia’s also helps out the local Volunteer Fire Departments as well as paid Fire Departments when they need junk cars for training.

Thank you Garcia's wrecker service for referring me to the key depot in New Braunfels. You saved me from getting gouged. Key Depot charged me 150 to come from New Braunfels to Seguin to unlock my door. Teamwork locksmith Inc here in Seguin wanted 399.00.

I couldn't give 1/2 a star but I would. The tall blonde female at the office was so incredibly rude from the start. She was threatening, condescending and so unprofessional. If I was her boss and treated customers like that, she would have been fired on the spot. We were never rude, never raised our voice or confrontational. We asked questions because we never had been through this before and we were met with such hostility.

I highly recommend this wrecker service. I'm so glad I found this wrecker service. Mr. Garcia showed up quickly and was so kind about my situation. He was thorough and careful with my vehicle, taking all precautions, which I very much appreciated. I do not know the going rates, but I believe the pricing was reasonable, honest, and fair for my circumstance because of the "rock" and the hard place I put myself in. I especially felt safe and in good hands when I saw the police officer and Mr. Garcia was friends. Awesome job, Mr. Garcia! Thank you! ...and a shout out to the officer for his kindness. It was comforting. ...and to the nice man who tried to pull me off with his truck as well. I'm not from Seguin, but it must be a great community from what I experienced.

When trying to find out information to see if the car was there owner had a very nasty attitude. Staying he guess he can get off his butt to check. Also when wanting a price break down on storage fee and the tow he had an attitude and did not wan to tell me. Very unprofessional and no customer service skills.

They came in a timely fashion. While unloading my vehicle there was s freak accident resulting in some bent metal work. Mr. Garcia immediately took responsibility and paid for a replacement for the bent part. Very satisfied with the service and the way he stood behind it.Services: Car towing
