I have been shopping at O’Reilly stores for years. Help is always good and usually have the part-time need. Stopped here yesterday to get a windshield wiper blade, and the guy behind the counter went above and beyond. He saw me looking at the chart, ask if he could help, looked up the correct blade for my car, went and got it off the rack, then took it outside and put it on the car for me to make sure that it fit. Absolutely amazing.

Do not go to this location if you’re a woman. Every single time I’ve come here in the past year there’s a 20-something man selling me the wrong stuff. Then when my male family member comes with me and asks for the exact same thing they run and get it right away. The only helpful person here is the older gentleman, John. He’s very nice and helpful.

I know I’m a women and some guys might feel some kind of way when we go in to these establishments and kinda know what we’re talking about well I definitely felt like the guys working there didn’t want to be bothered and rushed me off with no help!!

My car wouldn't start without jiggling the battery--very infuriating. I saw O'Reily while driving down Court Street and noticed their free services. I went inside and asked Jason to check out my battery. He tested it, and all was good. We noticed the battery hold down was loose so he took a ratchet to it, solving the problem. Jason was respectful, friendly, and efficient to this woman. I recommend O'Reily and him.

I send my wife to get her battery checked and it was bad so they sold her the battery and told her they coudn't install it and send her to AutoZone to get it installed it was a toyota they did an awsome job and they didn't care it was an oreilly battery. I called the oreilly and ask them why they woundn't change the battery when it says free replacement on there windows they gave me a lame excuse never again will we go to oreilly poor customer sevice in seguin texas.
