Worse service ever!!! My husband and I were greeted by one of the employees. My husband needed some work shirts and pants. Twenty minute goes by and nobody come to assist him. I was the one helping him and looking for his size. The store wasn’t even busy. There was one more customer trying on shoes. At the end my husband did all his shopping on his own. Nobody even helped him get a fitting room. Bad bad customer service.

Great quality and I like the rental option even though you could buy a brand new suit for that price. If you go with a party be prepared to wait for 3 hours. They service one person at a time.

Walked in the store and was greated ready to be helped soon as they realized I was renting. I got shoved to the back ( by Jeff) and was told to wait on the new guy. Meanwhile, I'm the first person in the store. Side note Brandon was the one helping me did a great job, Jeff was the one walking around the store with the tablet bossing Brandon around instead of helping customers himself. Seems to me Brandon was just getting pushed around because Jeff was lazy. I mean, I was only in the store for 30 minutes, and I could see this. Brandon needs a raise for doing Jeff's job too.

So, I loved the Men's Wearhouse in La Mesa, California, but it was because they had a guy named Landon who loved mens clothing, a d liked what he did. This store was the total opposite. They don't are if someone walks in. They have a very dismissive attitude and walk around the store like your being there is an imposition on them. They don't check the register, and completely ignored me for what felt like 20 minutes at the register. They don't know how to manage customers, which affects their sales and the customer's experience. I liked having someone who understood what I was looking for and could recommend new looks etc. In California I gladly spent money when new stock came in. Here, I wouldn't because the communication is nonexistent. The current manager is Tracie Talley and I'd recommend she train her staff and employ people who care and want to be there. I agree with the average score of 2 stars. Training, communication, customer care and experience needs to change.

I went to the Mens Wearhouse in Shenandoah and was extremely impressed! I felt as if I were in Nordstrom or Saks! When I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly associate and then had Tina, help me find a suit. Tina went above and beyond in helping find the perfect suit for me. It did take a while for us to find a suit but she never gave up, even after I felt like I wasn’t going to find one. I am extremely happy and impressed with her willingness to help me. Tina was awesome. The store is very nice. I will definitely return and recommend my family and friends! :)

Just left from dropping off my sons suite. Just wanted to say the young gentleman helping me was so respectful and helpful. He was able to answer my questions and I was in and out quickly. Nice to see nice hard workers are still out there.

Worst experience buying suits. I went in to purchase 2 suits and was helped by Jamson. He told me he was the suit expert, and I was lucky he was helping me. He never asked any questions to find out what I was looking for in a suit. He didn't offer for me to try any on, I had to be the one to mention it. He down talked the suit I was wearing and said it had come unglued, it was wrinkled in the breast area. Later the tailor came out and took my jacket I was wearing and pressed it to show me it was the cleaners I was using and not that it came unglued. I never heard of this before a suit coming unglued, so that makes me want to believe Jameson was lying to me. He said I should go to Paris and buy custom suits and it would cost me $3000 or more plus the trip there. He did everything to not sell me a suit. I should have left, but I didn't. I ended up paying $750 for the suits, not including alterations, they cost me another $150 or so. I called 5 days later and asked if my suits were in. The person on the phone did not give me their name. He said no they're in transit I can give you the tracking number so you can track them, I said no I just want to know what your process is for when the suits come in. Once again he said he can give me the tracking number and I can track it myself. Really, I just spent money with you and now you want me to track my own order that I ordered through you. Not even 40 minutes later I got a call from a nice lady telling me my suits were in. So, the first guy I talked to didn't even look, are you people really that lazy. When I tried on the suits the first pair of pants were extremely tight. I mentioned it and the tailor said no problem I can get them to fit. Then I tried on the 2nd pair, well those fit like socks on a rooster, they were huge. Again, the tailor said he can get them to fit. I was extremely frustrated and explained that to one of the managers who tried to explain how that is possible, the same size suits fitting differently from 2 different suit makers. This should have been explained to me when I made the purchase, and they should have had me try them on before I bought them. I didn't want to hear excuses. The manager then was trying to explain to me why the guy on the phone told me they were in transit. He showed me a screen that says "in transit" I said Well the guy should have looked, he said it says in transit so that's what he communicated to me. I said then that's a major flaw in your system. Again, I don't want to hear excuses, I want solutions. I called customer service, and they told me the district manager would be calling me back with 24 hours. It's been 2 days, and no one has called yet. No wonder the customer service in the store is poor, it is poor at the corporate level also. They say one thing and do another. I called them again today and they told me someone will be reaching out to me today. If they don't, I will be getting a full refund. I'm nervous my suits won't fit me the way I like anyway. Poor customer service from the very beginning, I should have left and not purchased anything.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Walked in and was greeted by someone and as we began to tell him what we were looking for he stops to answer the phone. Then he's on the phone for 20 min while we are waiting only to have 2 people walk in demanding to be assisted. He assists them while we are still waiting. I dont care how short staffed you are. ALWAYS HELP THE CUSTOMER THAT WAS BEING ASSISTED 1ST!!!! NOTE: We came back an hour before closing... there were no customers, but 4 employees and not 1 greeted us or asked is if we needed any help. We were there the entire hour looking around ourselves. Trying on clothes cluelessly, No eye contact. I go to the counter to pay for some pants only to have the girl ask, "and may I know who assisted you?" In which I chuckled & said, "Uh... no one!" This place needs to get shut down.

Terrible service here. We rented a tux (jacket & pants only) for our wedding. Total cost was $195. We never received an email or phone call telling us the tux was in. We went in to try it on and the pants were huge! It was the most horrible tux. The lady who helped gave us another pair but refused to do anything else. She told us that we should have read that my husbands size of pants would not come as a slim. She then told us we could return the pants and she would give us the $10 that we paid to rent the pants! So remember tux pants only cost $10 to rent according to her! The late fee is more expensive than the price to rent tuxedo pants according to her! I will never rent from mens warehouse and I will tell everyone not to rent from this place! Quality was horrible!

For years my family and I have rented and purchased suits, business suits, and clothing at Mens Warehouse. The staff is very professional, courteous, and caring.After this last transaction though, this place will NEVER, receive another cent from me or anyone I know.This past weekend my son and I rented a suites for an event this past Saturday. We just returned the suits this morning two days later. Upon returning the suits at around 11:30 am I was informed there was a $20.00 late charge applied for each suite, as I started questioning the way and how, I noticed the five gentlemen behind me were also surprised of the late fee.To demand a suit rental be returned the next day after wedding out of town is nothing more then a mouse trap for extra charges.The rental was already $247.00 to size, fit and alter. Then another $20.00 because it was not brought back the very next day. Of which I was not informed, though my paperwork stated as such. This late charge is nothing more then setting customers up for failure at to increase unrealized revenue streams.$20.00 won’t make or break me, but this will hurt your business in the future moving forward.

I can’t say enough positive things about the level of service I received from Mario and Isaiah. From the day I came in for measurements to the day I tried on my suit/picked up, they made sure I was good with everything I needed before leaving there store. These kind of outfits don’t jive with me mentally so having these guys there to assist with all my questions and adjustments made the entire experience worth it. For the first time in a very long while I didn’t feel out of place like I have for so long. If you ever need help with these type of things/outfits I definitely recommend these guys and this location
