Great people. Great techs. They are upfront about wait time. The only reason for 4 stars is having to come back bc the window they put on was the wrong kind (?) and they couldn’t calibrate the anti collision sensor so I had to come back a week later.

I could never get in touch with a real person!!! Appointment was set for 8-5 and they could not pin it down any further. Would have been happy to go to a physical location but could not reach anyone.

I thought my window was broken but it turned out to be another part.They let me know exactly what I needed to get fixed and a general idea of cost.Then it started raining so they wrapped my window allowing me to go get it fixed without getting soaked.Big big fan of these guys.

Great price and great work! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Agree with another reviewer that they are experts at scheduling and getting cars in and out. I didn’t wait for service to be performed, but would have been comfortable in their nice, clean waiting area. Hope not to need another windshield for a long time, but 100% would use them again.

I took my car in for my 8 AM appointment on Friday. The piece of glass they had there for me was cracked, so I was told to reschedule. I rescheduled for this coming Monday the 12th at 8 AM.I just got a text message saying that my appointment was changed to 7 AM on the 19th! Someone there just decided to randomly change my appointment by an entire week without even asking me first!! I tried calling, and I believe that the automated service finally connected me to that location, but when the phone was answered, no one bothered to actually speak. I just heard people talking in the background, no one talked to me, I had to eventually hang up.I had to go online and find a better time and day, and my new appointment time is scheduled to take three hours now, instead of the two it said before.I don’t know what the heck is going on with this company, but so far, nothing has gone right with them for me.

They have replaced the window twice saying the first time the windshield they installed was bad. They came back out 3 days later and replaced with another windshield and still can’t get it to calibrate correctly. Told us to drive it for an hour and it would calibrate after that. We drove the truck for hours and still has not calibrated. We now need to take into their shop as they can’t repair it with mobile service. We understand not everything goes perfectly but the communication from Safelite has been terrible.

Had an appt @8am. Was told it would be done in 2-3 hours. Received a text message at 10 saying they were just starting it. Called to make sure that was not the case. I was told that it was getting calibrated at that time. Showed up at 12:45 and it was still needing to be calibrated. Horrible service!

The customer service at this location is horrible. Brought my car in at 7:45am for an 8:00am appointment. Was told it would take 2 and a half hours to complete. Called back at 10:15am and was told it was in calibration and would be ready in 30 to 40 minutes. Can to pick up my car at 12:15 and it was sitting outside and the calibration was not even started. Finally got my car out of the shop at 1:00pm. Stay away from this location or plan on it taking 3 times longer than they tell you. Work was good but customer service sucks!

Driving northbound on I45 in Houston I was traveling behind a semi with gravel and rocks in the trailer. Unfortunately for me a stone hit my windshield. It left a 15 inch crack across the windshield. I made an appointment for Saturday in Shenandoah. I decided to wait and was told it would be about 2 hours. My Technician was Mark. He explained the process to me. There are places to shop in the area but if you decide to stay at the business they have free drinks, coffee and Wi-Fi. Everyone was friendly. It was a good experience even though it’s not cheap getting a windshield replaced. My car was ready to roll at the 2 hour mark. The Inspection Sticker was put back on with no issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs windshield repair or replacement. ?

Originally the installation was basic and on time. Nothing amazing, but completed. 5 days later after my car had been in my driveway all weekend I go out Monday morning and there is a crack from base to roof. I drove the car back to safelite, trying to be civil assuming possibly due to stress or the unusual changing temperatures experienced in those days, while the windshield settled. The technician comes out who replaced it and points to a small pinpoint at the base of the crack below the hood. Almost a little too quickly, actually. Saying something must have hit it.My reply was you mean when installed or before you installed a small damaged glass into my car. Again knowing the car hadn’t gone anywhere and the entire windshield cracked overnight. And the small impact point was below the hood line which would have made it impossible to have been a trajectory impact. Again knowing the car has set in the driveway for days.I think they installed a small damaged windshield or they did something during install and hoped it wouldn’t impact the windshield integrity. If not that would mean their windshields are cheapest pieces of glass available and DO NOT INSTALL THEM IN YOUR CAR!

Ok guys here we go. All I can say about the schedule and how sharp the technicians is ? percent on point. 8:00 appointment and I was out of there by 9:10 with very very good skilled people and a very clean lobby with good coffee and good snacks and good Tv. Outstanding place for windshield Sevice. Highly recommended to come here and not be lazy to stay home and have them go to you.
