How many MORE reviews need to complain about the “selective” service at this store? Do I not get good service because I am wearing a T- shirt and yoga pants? Been in this store TWICE in the past few weeks (and purchased items) but not recognized today. This is a training issue. Management has TRAINED THE STAFF to ignore women who appear to not “belong” in the store.

This store is very clean and they always seem to have good sales. However, this store needs more personal rapport with their customers. This is Southlake but you don’t need to be workers with your nose up in the air. Every customer should be greeted and helped . you guys also need to work on being more friendly- especially when you check out- no thank you come again was expressed when I paid- it’s not that hard- management work on this!!!

I recently went to the AT&T store in Southlake to close out my wireless account and switch to
another carrier. The rep neglected to tell me that the phone had to be unlocked and that a payment I made to pay off an installment had to clear and to allow 48 hours. Major inconvenience AND was surprised that the rep did not try to retain my account.

For the past couple of years I have gone to Chicos on line to order tall jeans. It always seems I am unable to order a tall in my size. So, January 4, I was in the Southlake Chicos store and decided to ask about this problem. The 2 associates who I so wish I would have remembered their names immediately began to help me by locating my tall jean from other stores to be sent to me. I received them yesterday and they were perfect, meaning in tall lady language, they were long enough. Thank you so much for your friendly professional assistance. I am grateful.
