This location is closed. I called in September 2019 to reschedule a routine cleaning and my call was forwarded to the Flower Mound office where they informed me the Southlake office closed. I didn't receive a notice or call that the office was closing. Sure glad I called that morning and found out myself!

Extremely rude office manager Kelly. Tried to ask about the fees and she spoke to me as if I was an idiot instead of being professional. I tried to explain what my insurance told me and she completely blew me off. Don't recommend at all!
