We chose a set of French doors to replace our old ones on our back doors on April 17, 2022. There were 3 IN STOCK at the time of order. This Home Depot contracts with an installer who isn't even listed by company name or phone number on Google, and obviously aren't members of the BBB. We have been waiting since 4/17/22 for installation and today is AUGUST 5th, 2022. Neither Home Depot or their FARCE of an installer company (the ONLY one they contract with), have stayed in touch with us. There have been to date, 3 install dates. NOBODY has shown up on any of those dates nor has anyone from Home Depot or their farce of an installation company "Unique Skills" in Magnolia TX, bothered to contact us to tell us they weren't going to show up. The ONLY skills "Unique Skills" has is screwing people over! Management at Home Depot have no answers for me. Their customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. They have no interest in making this situation right whatsoever. I strongly recommend dealing with any other Home Depot other than the one in Spring at I45. At this point, I feel like they have stollen money and have ZERO concerns about delivering the product that has long since been paid for! And by the way, WHY is Home Depot using a company nobody can even find on the internet??? Doesn't exactly give me the feel goods! I will NEVER use this location again, and depending on how corporate deals with it, I may never use Home Depot ever again! However, that said, they're going to see my face EVERY.SINGLE.DAY until they deliver and PROPERLY install my doors!

The store has gone to hell. Associates send around and watch customers struggle to move loaded cages around to get to the shelves. 4 of them literally stood and talked about buying wigs to cover their Pink hair while I moved a ladder to get to a tote that I needed, then climbed the same ladder to get to the lid.
Then stood in front of the checkout blocking the self service checkout. When asked about restocking the bags, we were rudely ignored. "Yeah, I know"
If Minnie and Jocelyn are the face of Home Depot, I'm selling my stock, Not spending another dime and going to Lowes.

Pésimo servicio al cliente tuve dos pésimas experiencias no vuelvo y no lo recomiendo, los empleados súper desganado para trabajar y el servicio al cliente horrible. De 5 empleados con los q tuve contacto solo dos dieron un buen servicio. Tenía en el carrito de compro casi $700 dólares en productos y fue tal pésimo el servicio que se me quitaron las ganas de comprar y ahí lo dejé.

I ended up getting help but dear lord it took 4 people who couldn't help to fine one who could. Usually love this place but lately it's not as helpful.

After 2 phone calls, that conveniently the person I "needed" to talk to was in a meeting, and 2 emails equipped with photos, I still never even got a call back about destruction on my property from a delivery vehicle. We fixed the damage ourselves. Disrespectful driver, disrespectful management.

It's sad to see this Home Depot go down hill, lately wether it's early or late in the day, the employees complain of never getting time off, they avoid you when they since you need help, and all the new staffed employees weren't even trained. Currently at customer service where there is a line of 20 plus people waiting for help. I'm here picking up a order I placed yesterday for pick up at 3pm. I get here at 7:45pm and it's not even been picked. This place won't last long with service like this.

I tried to use a store credit card and the cashier girl was very rude. She said my ID does not match with the name on the card. I’ve had it for so long I don’t even know why or what I returned to get store credit. Then she talked to a supervisor in front of me saying I probably found it. I already said I had a long time along with some other gift cards and I don’t even remember what I got it for but I think I would’ve remembered if I had found it. It was very embarrassing and rude and I do not ever think I will ever go to the store again! I was just trying to buy some paper towels and a little metal key holder. Which I Purchased with my credit card after she refused to take my store credit. I still don’t even understand what happened or why. Very bad experience and I will not go back there!

Being helped by Irvin Clark over the Past 2 hours trying to find the perfect fridge. After having to diagnose my old fridge, pay for the fee and worrying about a new one, he was kind enough to walk me through the whole process. He made sure I knew the differences Bergeron the fridges, his expert opinion, and even helped me through the credit application process. He made sure it went as smoothly as possible for me even when they had to verify my identity (I have my credit locked) and normally embarrassed by the fact; he understood! If you need to buy appliances go to Irvin!

I've been coming to this HomeDepot for all my building and remodeling needs the past year. This location is the best out of all of them in Houston I've been to. They have everything in stock that I've needed, and go above and beyond each time I am shopping. Everyone is so helpful, Elizabeth at the Pro desk is the best! And the paint section is quick and easy.

I sat for 15 minutes after I checked in on the app for curbside. Nobody came nobody answers the phone I called 3 times. Hopefully you just cancel my order. Between you and lowes yall are two of the worst stores for curbside.

DO NOT place an online order as their web site is NEVER correct with the correct quantity of items. In many cases there are zero items in stock but their website may say several in stock. I have had this happen several times with this store and its very aggravating. You place an order that says in stock and in fact it is NOT in stock. After placing the order you will soon get an email saying "order cancelled, item out of stock". I have even spoken to their managers on duty about this problem and they agree their system is rarely up to date. Unbelievable. Place online orders elsewhere such as Lowes or Ace if you want accurate information.

I called a few hours before closing to see if the garden department had the item I wanted in stock. The very nice gentleman that helped me through the phone said he'd put it aside for me, as I planned to go before closing. I arrive at 7:40 and walk towards Gardening, I was greeted by a very rude closing gardening supervisor (6ft caucasian older man). He claimed that the department closed at 7:30 and nobody could go back there not even employees, he was very angry that the gentleman gave me "misinformation". He proceeded to ask who I spoke to on the phone if it was male or female so he could have a "conversation" with them, of course I wasn't about to let someone get in trouble for something so d**** I lied and said I couldn't remember and that the voice could've been either gender. After minutes of waiting he then tells someone to get the item I want. It now being 7:50, my boyfriend and the subordinate employees head outside to grab the item. Apparently after 7:30 only employees are allowed back there. So regardless, the supervisor was wrong, acted in a rude way, and was upset at his subordinates for no reason (which by the way they were very kind).

Would like to compliment the Home Depot Spring, TX store, Assistant Store Manager, Zulema for the extra mile to rectify my 2 months issue with Home Depot. Irvin and Ida helped me initially to order a refrigerator. I initially ordered a new refrigerator via online. When I called few days later checking on delivery date, the lady on the phone told me she had to cancel my order due to mixed up on their part to order washer dryer hose instead of refrigerator hose. Then cricket, received no email notification or whatever. I called the 1800 about 4-5 times, 45 minutes each and still on hold. No matter which number I pressed.. 1, 2 there was this super long wait and still unable to talk to anyone. Corporate office needs to hire more customer service. You guys are terrible. Thankfully, the Home Depot Spring store saved my day. I was able to get my order squared away. It was a long story, but Zulema came to the rescue. She took the time to call 1800 number and worked with someone on the phone to square away my order. Thank you, and that's why this store deserve 5 stars.
