Been to this store more than 50 times in the last year since moving to the area. Absolutely worst experience at a Home Depot. Several times I've said that I'm not coming back, and here I sit in the customer service line waiting as no one is around to do a simple return. Worst customer service of all Home Depots I have ever been to.... I actually intended to go to the one 20 minutes north, but turned towards this one on autopilot...

We found everything we were looking for initially. If you want to buy any of the Wink, Google, Wyze, or ring products that the Home Depot proudly displays for sale, make sure you speak with customer service. Just because it is on display doesn't mean they have or keep it in stock. Be kind to the customer service reps as one seemed put off by my questions but helped me anyway.

It is a huge store. Typical big box.Huge selection and ample parking space. Never saw them really busy.Even though huge selection but i found them missing some essential for a typical home improvement store.

I asked an associate a product question in the Lawn n garden section outside. While trying to answer (he didn't really know), he starts moving way into my physical space. There was no need for it at all. We were the only ones standing on a very wide isle. He was just flexing, being aggressive, and posturing as he talked and waving his arms inches from my face, Jun '23. Maybe he needs to feel like he is a man and dominant over a male customer? Only he can explain his abuse. I didn't get his name but he is Caucasian with a brown beard and hat.

Placed order for curbside pickup. Advised by CS that most orders take 2 hrs est to prepare. More than 4 hrs later, I’m advised no curbside after dark and order would not be available until next day. I call LAZINESS and ZERO customer service integrity on this one. Guess store should also be closing before dark.

Im not sure why this home depot is very strict exchanging old klein tools with new ones. Klein tools have life time warranty and Home Depot has to respect that. Ive been to the home depot at the woodlands and i have no problem there. No receipt needed just the tool you want to exchange. Ive asked different employees at the return area and some say yes and ones i do it they change their answer and say they dont exchange klein tools.

Martha the front manager at the Spring location is NASTY and a very POOR communicator. As a military veteran I love HD, but this is the second encounter with this negative manager. The employees even say, she is just like that. Home Depot general manager check your front area manager Martha. She needs to definitely be trained or replaced on Customer service skills.

I like the selection and paint department but a lot the associates there are really rude. Some have been nice and it's really close to my house but I think they may need to work on being nicer to their customers.

My experience was great yesterday. This guy almost met at the door to help me find some screws to mount my tv to the wall. I he very helpful. The only thing was going thru the checkout. It needs to be better. The self checkout is very annoying. Please Home Depot make it better!

Awesome!I give my 5 stars to an employee there by the name of Lynn. She works in flooring she was awesome, knowledgeable took the time out to listen to me, gave me different options. I appreciated the help thanks Lynn I will be back to home depot.

Friendly service in this store from the lumber section is like converting electric cars to fossil fuel. It's never gonna happen.Took forever to get service. Made me wait in line, then told me of I wanted to check out I'd have to change registers. Even though my light was lit his not.Laughs when the door doesn't open and then proceeded to argue with me about I saw him manually close it.Why the ..... is the door shut at 4 PM ?? I said ??Then, he utters a few choice words to himself as I walk away that I am pretty sure of.Remember, this...sticks and stones made hurt my bones, but a review of your service never goes away. Ha ha ?

I will no longer be shopping at Home Depot, their third party delivery service and useless customer service employees will be the downfall of this company. I’m not even going to waste my time going into detail. I’ve spoken to over 5 people trying to get my situation resolved, I bought my appliances a month ago, have been rescheduled multiple times, I’m at my wits end.

Doesn't cut it for me at this location. I've been coming to this location for about 13 years now. Quality of service has gone downhill. Came in an afternoon recently to buy a batter for the chainsaw I purchased here the day before. No employees around the yard tool area and I stood there wandering around looking for someone. Finally after about 5 minutes an employee walked by but did not look at me, I waved and said excuse me, etc. He said he would go look for an employee to help me. 10 mins later he walks by alone, and I made eye contact with him and he says "Can I help you?".. .well yes you were going to find an employee to help me? He asked what do you need help with? I paused and said, I just told you 10 minutes ago, you don't remember? He avoided the question and mentioned something about batteries being way over by the cash registers. Sorry, he was just plain DUMB. Could not believe how utterly dumb and incompetent he was. I left the store right then but 5 mins later I walked back in and asked all the cashiers standing around for store manager. Store manager walked me over to the yard tool area and asked what was I looking for and I told him, battery for chain saw but the batteries are locked up. He asked me what voltage and I said well they are right over here and I pointed to the yard tool area. He stops in his track and says well the batteries are right here (and points to the power tool area). I cringed and shook my head. Multiple employees could not comprehend and understand what I was asking for. A friggin simple battery for the Ryobi chainsaw I purchased there just the day before! Frustrated, I just left without buying anything. UGH. Then I went to another HD location in the better part of town and immediately got what I wanted with friendly service at the other HD location.

Waited 15 minutes at customer service, employee had "don't want to be here attitude", didn't want to answer simple question so pointed out manager to talk to who ignored me. I'll go across the road to Lowe's everytime from now on.
