Let's add on to this previous post. Why is there only one restroom stall usable in the women's restroom? This area was disgusting and not maintained. This was probably the worst customer service experience we've had to date. We were picking up supplies to build a handicap ramp for a customer and trying to get anyone to get the materials we needed, because they weren't accessible is like pulling teeth. Needless to say, we got tired of waiting and left with no materials. I guess online order through another business is what we will do from here on out.

Hit or miss. They have a lot of inventory, but disorganized so you won’t be able to find items.Of the three employees I hunted down for help, one finally concluded they didn’t have the item I needed even though online said ‘14 in stock’. Left feeling frustrated cause I wasted my time.Ordered the item from my phone in the parking lot and it was ready at the same store in an hour….. just didn’t make sense…

On the evening of Jan. 30, 2024, I called this Home Depot location for help with getting quotes for the work I had planned for my home. It was the manager, I believe, who picked up and I regret not getting his name. He exerted effort at getting the right person to assist me.This was Jackie Belcher. She is the Pro Desk/Tool Rental Supervisor. Whenever I work with most stores over the phone, I generally brace myself for a mediocre experience, even frustration. I was blown away by Jackie. I will not go into the details but she hit the ball out of the park and made it orbit around the world. She addressed my needs effectively, even those I had not expressed. It is rare to encounter people like her and her manager.

I would take the small family run hardware stores any day over the big conglomerates. Go to Turner Hardware instead. You won't be disappointed!

This homedepot is high volume and very helpful staff. I can get in and out in 20 minutes to an hour. They typically have everything I need.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!This location has the laziest employees (save for one) that I have ever endured. One would expect them to be WalMart employees with how poorly they assist customers. I couldn't check out with the light bulbs it took me an hour to find. Instead, the two women monitoring the self checkoout refused to assist when the card reader refused to read the chip on my debit card and I just walked out, went across the parking lot to Lowe's and purchased my light bulbs there.The one vaulable employee was the woman who assisted me with finding a possible replacement for my light bulb. Granted, it took two tries to get assistance after standing in the aisle for over half an hour. This store does not want your business!

Waited 20 minutes to get my order. Went to go knock and an old guy was telling me they are closed. Why have the curbside hours to 6pm? Very disappointed, very rude. Walking away while I’m speaking to him. Did not even get my order because they were closed, yet curbside says till 6pm. Will love to speak to the manager or owner. How you running a store but can’t assist a customer before 6pm for curbside.
