Helpful, extremely knowledgeable staffJay & I took a Saturday drive to Rockler for a woodworking router demo. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, low pressure and chill. We look forward to many more trips and building up our woodworking skills and collection.

Seems like I’m not alone in giving this place a low review with a similar experience to others. Corporate should look at their employees and processes rather than responding to me with the same “copy and pasted” response on all the other low reviews.I have had 2 experiences there. One with a younger employee who was very helpful. I’d give that a 5 start review.The second with with 2 older employees. I was wanting some help looking for lumber and choosing the right kind. Neither of them wanted to go back to help me out, they just pointed out the place I should go look on my own. After spending a few minutes back there I went back up to the front to ask for help again and the employee who I spoke to just gave me some vague unhelpful general answer that made me leave without buying anything because I felt like he did not really care to help.

Everyone there is nice and as helpful as they can be except (mike?) The older guy with the long beard. I don't think, in the last dozen or so interactions I've had with him, he has been anything other than rude and arrogant. This last trip he told me he uses a flush trim bit to make rabbets and acted like I was an idiot for not understanding how that would even work. After asking some of my fellow local woodworkers about this it's been brought to light that not only was he wrong but several others have had the same experiences dealing with him. Would have been a 4 star review if not for him.

I go into this location far too often, they have everything I never knew I needed. Rockler is not the lowest price in town but always have what you won't find in a box store and are staffed with people that know their products. They give you the confidence that you can take on any project and if you don't think so, they have classes in house.

Always great quality American made products here. The staff is also very eager to explain to newbies how things work I love this place. Not a cheap place but we all know Good stuff is not cheap, cheap stuff is not good!

I’ve been shopping at Rockler for years now and the staff is always super helpful. When their lumber is on sale you can’t beat their prices in my area, and I always buy a truck load of it. Highly recommended!

They were very helpful helping me to load the tablesaw in my truck.wish they would of took more time to go over the saw with me.felt like I was rush to get out of the door.the employee was having a bad day.was standing by the saw felt like no one really took the effort to help me.did not won't to assemble one out of the box.have a bad hand where I cut off my finger off on a tablesaw. Sold me the display model.havent tried the saw right now.
