The repair man fixed what we pointed out was wrong but didn't look for any other problems. When my husband detached the washer to move it, he found two other obvious problems that the tech should have found.

I didn't have them come. I called someone else and with the part it was only 83.00. less than your diagnosis. I will use the other company verses Sears.

I was sent a used part. I gave it back to the tech. I requested a refund. Sears sent me another part. I refused it. It went back to KS. Then they sent it back to me.
