Carol in appliances was really helpful getting me what I want.Then HD charges a ludicrous fee of $59 to deliver a microwave! Can’t even deliver to store for pickup. This won’t be my first stop anymore for appliances etc.

Called to rent a tiller, asked a ton of questions, and they assured me it was the right machine. I got there, and it was not in fact as the employee described. Per their project cancelation policy, I should have recieved a refund, but instead, they "can't find my receipt" and charged me $150 for a machine I never picked up or used, even though they emailed me saying there should be a refund. Shady, shady, shady! Now I have to wait 90 days for my bank to file the dispute since I have confirmed text messages and emails for a refund they never processed.

Gift card experience was bad. $50 gift card purchased at HEB Katy, Tx. It didn't have a pin number!!! Neither would help. And now the item I purchased is delayed in delivery for a week, after next day delivery was selected. So!!!

It's always something with this store. I went today to get a sheet of plywood. Of course the kind I need has been jammed in the shelving so tight that no one could get it out. They had a nice 70year old gentleman trying to beat it out of there with a hammer, but no success. No one working there could operate a fork lift. So I went to mccoys and got my lumber for $13 dollars more.

Called to confirm that a tool was available for rental and was transferred to the rental dept where I no one ever answered the phone. This happened twice.Then when I went to the store, because there was no other option on Sunday, I went to rent a jack hammer and found out that the $82 price, shown on the website, didn’t include the bits, which cost another $10.What the hell good is a jack hammer without the bits?!!!I left without the tool and will wait until I can find one at any other store on planet Earth that isn’t a Home Depot.

We love coming to this HD because the the customer service is always amazing and everyone is always so helpful. Their gardening care needs some serious improvement. Trees and plants are always extremely dry and always dying. You can tell their priority is not to provide care but to sell.

Probably the worst hardware store of all time. Not sure how they’re still in businesses. All the workers are standing around doing absolutely nothing, and for some reason they all have a terrible attitude. Home Depot never fails to show what a miserable and useless place they are. Save your money and go to Lowe’s people

I love the way Alisa help me out at the paint department her time to explain the stuff to stain my house stairs then headed to Lumber department and Gabriel & Aaron help me out about what kind and explain everything thank usually I have so much trouble finding help so Happy one thing yall could work on the electrical cart some feel like your driving on a flat tire thank you

I hate to add to an already bad review but this location Plant department was the worst I’ve seen. I’m a landscaper and I get some of the nicest plants from home Depo and this store has plants lots of them but has no Jen taking care of them. They all look like garbage and I would not recommend this location for plants.

Like all of these stores nowadays, no service. Been waiting to buy a tool for 15 minutes. Two employees said they would send someone to unlock it. Still waiting. I get that they now have to lock everything up due to theft, but this is ridiculous. Still waiting.Update: was just informed by an employee that my concern over the lack of service showed that I was impatient, and that he would unlock the tool if I changed my attitude. I didn't, but he unlocked it. His name tag was conveniently flipped so you can't see his name. I guess the Home Depot standard for proper customer behavior is to stand around for twenty minutes after talking to three different employees about unlocking a tool, and not express any dissatisfaction. I won't be back.

I appreciate a good store that has all of my home improvement needs and The Home Depot is the place. I'm a recent Home Depot enthusiast after using other stores my whole life, but that's it...Ive found my one true store ("love" seemed a bit strong and I was afraid of my wife if I used that...but let's just say that I'm a big fan). Prices are fair and the quality of product is very good (now I haven't bought any wood yet, but everything else has been awesome). This location in particular has been very friendly, inviting, and saved me a couple thousand dollars in just one improvement job. Join me and my other home Depot enthusiasts.
