Tried one box in the area before trying Atomic and I was amazed by the sense of community! From the moment I walked in to my first workout, I felt so welcome and encouraged. I was not "FIT" when I started. I was overweight and depressed, CrossFit alone changed my life and atomic made me love it even more. Moreover, it gave me a new purpose in life, infusing a passion in me to share the methodology with others! Now a coach at atomic and if you're reading this and are considering CrossFit... do it! You won't regret it!

Excellent gym! I drop in here several days a month due to work (I live elsewhere in TX). Gym is outstanding! Coach Tracy knows her stuff. When she isn't coaching she has very good coaches to lead WOD: OGand Judy. Programming is outstanding; tough! The gym is clean! People are super nice. And the timing of classes is convenient. If you are considering CrossFit: come here. They help modify and challenge you just enough. If you are a drop in like me: look no further. Oh...parking is easy here!

I’m visiting family and wanted to check out a CrossFit gym that welcomed drop-ins. So happy I found Atomic CrossFit. Coach Maria greeted me right away and introduced me to everyone in the gym. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I was happy to see normies (like me!) alongside really strong athletes (not me!). I definitely recommend anyone considering CrossFit to check out this gym.

Atomic Crossfit in Stafford, Tx is an outstanding fitness facility that truly stands out from the competition. In my personal experience, this is the best Crossfit box in Houston. The coaches and athletes at Atomic Crossfit are incredibly talented and skilled, making it an ideal place to train and push yourself to your limits.What I appreciate most about Atomic Crossfit is the friendly and supportive environment. The community is like a family, which makes it easy to feel encouraged and motivated during each workout. I dropped in from out of town this morning and had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and introduced themselves, the coach did a great WOD brief, and the workout was fun! Definitely plan on dropping in again when I’m back in town. It was a bit difficult to find, but the sign/banner they had outside helped a ton.

Such a welcoming and encouraging environment! I love that this gym is so supportive of people at truly all fitness levels, from beginner to elite. The gym is a good size with a great variety and quantity of equipment. Thank you, Atomic CrossFit, for welcoming me into your space. I look forward to dropping in again next time I’m in town.

Out of the CrossFit gyms I've tried, best on this side of town (Sugarland/stafford). The owner is supportive and very helpful and involved. The coaches are just as amazing and will help scale any workout! They work off the mayhem gym program so you know their workouts will kick your butt!

I was in Houston for about two weeks, and dropped in for daily classes. I highly recommend Atomic CrossFit for anyone who wants to stay fit and meet a really supportive community. Eric and his team where welcoming, and very attentive to my progress. Give it a shot. The first class is free.
