I received excellent Service at Sterling McCall Nissan. I purchased my Nissan Sentra in March and every service that’s been needed I’ve taken it to this location. The representative Amos, made sure to assist with scheduling my appointment and providing with all of the proper services to make sure my car stays in great shape. Definitely recommend checking them out for all of your car needs:))

I recently visited Sterling McCall Nissan in Stafford TX for an Oil Change that was paid for in advance. However, I ended up paying $300.00 plus dollars by the time my car was ready for other services they said was needed. I also declined a service. I was told that my Front Control Arms need to be repaired immediately. I received the picture of the Control Arm through text. I knew I had to get a second opinion due to the cost of $2,200 plus. I took the initiative of bringing my car to get a second opinion only to find out nothing is wrong with my Control Arms at all. The picture that was text to me is from someone else's vehicle. This is very alarming! I gave Sterling McCall Nissan all my business and this is how much they value me. Now, as I look back to all the money I've spent, I'm wondering if the work was necessary or these service employees working together with the Advisors on commission. Scamming the customers. This is a very sad day for me. I will never be able to trust them again.

I asked the service employee to get the service department to look at my washer sprayers because they don’t work well. When I left one of them was working partially, but now neither one is working, and they never looked at it. He said he was set up appointment for me to come back to get them looked at and diagnosed, but nothing was written down.

my car was there for a week for repairs worth of $4500 and they did not give me a loaner car claiming there are 10 people in the queu.

If negative stars were an option, this experience would definitely get them.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this dealership. It felt like they were just rushing to close the sale and move on, with no real regard for customer service. The part that was promised with the sale wasn't ready when I took delivery of the car. I was assured it would be ready the next day, but despite three additional visits, countless follow-ups, and being ignored by my sales rep, the part remained elusive.
When I escalated the issue to the GM, my sales rep suddenly reappeared, claiming it was just a coincidence. However, this did little to resolve the issue. Another visit yielded the same disappointing result.
The final blow came when the part was eventually installed—it was the wrong one and didn’t fit properly. No one had checked it beforehand, and as soon as I touched it, it fell off.
I dealt with everyone from the sales rep to the head of service and the GM of Sales. They offered plenty of apologies but took no real action.
Throughout this ordeal, no one at the dealership seemed equipped to handle an upset customer. It was clear they were only interested in getting me out the door as quickly as possible.
I am deeply disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone.

We visited this dealership for the first time and it was an amazing experience! Halid Sanli is the best salesman, he was very helpful and patient. We are so happy to leave the dealership with the new Nissan Leaf electric car!

The service department has deteriorated over the last 1-2 years. They were previously patient and thorough. The last two times I went I specifically asked that they ensure my tire pressure was and on both occasions, my tires were over inflated. Sure they offered to correct the problem but they don’t realize it’s an inconvenience to drive back up there once much less two times. I hope they improve.

Good customer service. Billy Bui in sales was flexible and did a great job helping us to get the right deal. The only reason, I’m not giving a 4 stars is because only after waiting for long time to be able to pay, they let me know they don’t take personal checks. A lot of wasted time. But overall, I’m pretty happy.

Bought a car cash from this dealer used 2010 with 160k miles and bought "as is no warranty" did the most shady thing a dealership could do.. drove the car around the corner because the "sales" person said I know a route and turned out to be a VERY short one after all said and done and spending 16k on this vehicle cash ... didn't even drive it 50miles away to make it home. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. all they did was cover a diagnosing fee and come to find out it was an EXTRA $1,600 to fix a car that was "safe" to drive my 15month son in.. I went to 4 different family dealerships around town and I decided to get it from here since it's a KNOWN dealer around town....
I should've gone some where else and not done business with them. Extremely disappointed and felt like I got screwed big time from STERLING MCCALL
