When I got in with my two daughters to get a haircut we thought we would be satisfied but we were wrong.My little daughter went first the lady kept pushing her head down and pull it up not in very nice way. When my second daughter went there was another lady I think she is still learning stage because my daughter’s long hair was a real challenge for her and cut it too short. These were that I can tolerate and I didn’t mind but When it was my turn the lady showed no respect and talked to me in a very rude way. The rudeness got to me and I got up from the chair and left without haircut

Linda is awesome. She did my haircut and highlights. I was scared because it was my first time doing hair color but she helped me with picking up the color, haircut and understanding what I wanted. And the results were great. I love it.

I’ve been a loyal Customer for more than 10 years, and Linda never disappoint me, she’s wonderful. I’m quite picky with my hair style and coloring. I love how Linda would tell me if a certain hair style, and color/highlights suits me or not.She’s just brilliant.

I usually get my cut hair with a lady from here. She is usually very quick and amazing. No complaints. However, recently, I had gotten a man as my hair dresser, but since I’vs been there a few times, I decided to go with the flow. I asked for long light layers and ended up with very choppy short layers that I had to go to another hair dresser to fix (I am considering getting extensions because of how it looks) The layers looked like he cut just small chunks out of hair in different lengths. In summary, they are very inconsistent and have very weak communication.

Horrible attitude towards customers. No one pay to come here to be bullied by the hairdresser. Rolling eyes and scolding your client who was 12 mins late walking into a 3-4 hour hair appointment? When she has been late for at least 30-45 mins for the past 3 appointments consecutively? Absolutely unprofessional.

This is my first time to have my hair cut and hair straightening done and received good service from Ms.Nguyen. I am very satisfied with the customer service she provided. Her hands are very light when she touches my hair and do the treatment. I will recommend to my friends and co worker to have their hair done here.
