Manika & team went above and beyond to help us in every step of our home buying process. She is a one-stop shop for everything, be it pre-approval letter, home selection, negotiation, inspection, mortgage lender shopping or closing. She takes the job on herself and treats every home with the same care and dedication as if it were her own. Manika especially did an excellent job in negotiating the home price and made sure we got the best possible deal.

Manika did an outstanding job helping us purchase our home. We found her through Better Mortgage, and she was about an hour away from us, but that never stopped her from coming to look at houses, attending walk-throughs, and home inspections with us. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions, and she was always available and ready to answer them. Manika spoke to the seller and the mortgage lender on our behalf, ensuring we were not ignored. She made sure to advocate for us. She also negotiated a really good deal on our home, which we are very grateful for.
Overall, we would highly recommend Manika to anyone needing a real estate agent, especially if you are shy and don't know about the process. She will get you your answers and a home.

Pankaj and Manika and their team are amazing. We recently made a home purchase and rental with them.
Could not have asked for better agents in both of those transactions. Actually, they are more than just agents to us and have treated us like friends and family. They are extremely responsive in communications and prompt in their understanding of the needs of the customer. One clear thing I admired about our purchase experience was candid conversations. There was a time when I wanted to make an offer and Pankaj dissuaded me from doing that; and I truly appreciate that advice given the circumstance at that time. Manika admirably led our rental experience and patiently navigated it with us through ups and downs. She gave us solid advice on dos-and-don’t of setting up a rental property. Both of them bring loads of experience, local knowledge and general trends and flavors. They are very professional in their conduct and also retain an equally professional team. It was a great experience to work with Manika and Pankaj. They guided us on each and every step and going out of their way to get things done for us. This was our first home and truly it was smooth transition to new home due to Manika's inputs.
She even helped us in reducing cost on lot of things after moving into home. I have seen most of the realtors work stops after the sale is done and keys are handed to the owner but Manika and Pankaj helped us beyond that and still keep connecting us on other stuffs related to home. Really appreciate all thier inputs and help.

Manika did outstanding job for us. She helped us, start to end of Home buying process . She understood our requirement , budget & location. She showed couple of properties, one of then, we selected. Manika did negotiate with Builder , eventually she managed to get good discount from Builder. She help us every steps in home buying process, primary selection , design upgrade, during construction stages, lender interest rate & closing. Manika worked diligently for us to buy this property like it is her own property. She is very trust worthy, we are very happy for her service extended towards us. This review is in response to my one star review under Brittany Harrison that I posted yesterday. The issue is not that I didn't get the house at home dream solutions . I wasn't on the top of the list OK that's fine if you all already knew I was not on the top of the list. Why would you still ask for me to send a $75 background fee? If I was still interested Yes At the beginning when I submitted My application I did Ask if the rent could be negotiated when they told me no I said no problem at all. My issue is that the customer service was lacking. I understand that you all did not speak with me directly. When I reached out to my realtor for updates. He would reach out to you all. You all took your time in replying. You did not reply back the same day. You did not reply back until you felt like it and then again if I was on the bottom of the list. Then why asked me for money on Monday? If you guys already chose one with A800 credit score. That's why I say it's still Does not make sense. My issue is with the custom of service and not following up With my realtor. That's the issue here. That is why I stated. I assume in the hope that I was wrong about this. Being a racist company based on a conversation I had with my realtor and not feeling as though he was being contacted in a timely manner as he should have been. The reason you used is that you have family over. That's why it was a delay, but professionally is the issue here. That's not my concern if you all had family over. I'm trying to move somewhere in a couple of weeks. I was trying to get an answer at least within 2 days. If you guys had said that in the beginning, please be patient. We had 8 apps, and it's gonna take us several days. Different story again, it's not about me. Not getting your home. It was a beautiful home and I liked it. I had no problem paying for the whole. I even again asked if I could give 2 months. Rent up front, you all stated to my realtor. Is that all she's going to do? That's unprofessional here. That's why the one star is where it is
