I would give 5 stars if I were only writing this review about Susan, but I'm not and I cannot bring myself.to give any stars to Natasha.
My mom has 2 storage units at this facility for years. Since she had to move out of town, she relys on receiving updates from the facility if something happens. Susan has been very attentive to any questions or concern my mom has, but if calls were made on Susan's day off, there would be no answer and definitely no return call. Susan has by far gone above and beyond her job duties to ease my mom's concerns.
When we have to deal with Natasha, it is a different story. She is rude, disrespectful, and acts as though she hates her job. My mom had called a few times and asked Natasha to go check on her unit, but everytime Natasha would have an excuse for why she couldn't go and check on the units. Just so happens that on one of those days, my mom's unit was broken into. The next day my mom called and Susan was working and went to check. Sure enough, Susan put a new lock and even took pictures of the inside of the unit for my mom to see if anything was taken.. again.. above and beyond.
So 10 stars to Susan!! If I could give negative stars I would to Natasha.

Hey my name is Jonathon sims amd I rented a unit through Natasha amd she was the nicest person I've ever dealt with at a storage unit her customer service is unmatched and she is always on point. I had trouble getting in my unit and in 5 mins she had me In. Thank you again Natasha

Excellent service. I needed to upgrade to a larger storage unit and they made it happen with no issues. And also kind enough to provide a better lock than the one I was going to use. Very friendly and helpful.
