Jenny starts me with a “what do you need” and an eye roll to start the day as she opens a fashionably late hoping she can redirect me to the atm and not do her job, she then continued to be the meanest person I’ve ever encountered in this sort of environment never having the thought to watch her sarcastic tone or sighs at every thing I said so unprofessional should not be allowed to talk to customers ever I held my breathe till I walked off it took everything not to say something. Terrible brand representation. Embarrassing

Jonathan at Wells Fargo HEB is extremely rude. When we came to open an account, he was unhelpful and dismissive, providing no assistance with the process. His poor attitude and lack of professionalism left us feeling unwelcome. I would not recommend dealing with him and this branch for any banking needs.

My new job payed me with a check from Wells Fargo so I decided to just open an account there but staff refused to open an account for me saying I needed an appointment. So I had to pay $7+ to cash my check instead of them just opening an account for me and letting me deposit the check. I thought tellers were supposed to encourage people to open accounts instead of paying to cash their checks. Its 2024 if no one is available in office they could have put me on the phone or online with someone. They just seemed lazy.

The employee who opens the accounts was rude and not helpful. I asked to open an account while he was sitting behind the desk doing nothing and he refused saying I am busy . Didn’t offer to make an appointment or anything else . I left to another location and they were so helpful

I went in for assistance with a new bank card. The branch was not busy so the teller walked me through the process and I was quickly on my way.

Very knowledgeable banker in this branch of Wellsfargo bank. His name is Jonathan Teran. He did all my requests in 15 mins, and was very patient. Another branch in Reading Rd of WFB even didn't want to take care with my requests. And I came to WFB branch in 99 Grand PKWY inside HEB. The banker took cake my requests and did it very fast and professionally.Many thanks for you professional work, Jonathan.

Disappointed on their customer service! I came for an emergency service the lady(Indian looking)says the banker is on call and can’t take you and that they are closing soon (in 20 mins) I have to come back tomorrow.!!! The Wells Fargo is inside HEB so I went to buy milk as I am paying my groceries (there is still 10 mins left) I see the banker talking to the ladies in front.That’s called being unprofessional!They are getting paid for their work not for chitchatting with other ladies while I am in need of the banker service! I will never come back there!!!!!And I’ll make sure to tell my family and friends not to go there anymore!

You don't have to Go Far to find a Wells Far-go, you know? Wells Fargo is located here in Sugar Land, conveniently in a plaza we're often in anyway, and I really like this bank and we come here often. It's next to H-E-B, but the problem is that it's a very busy HEB and can be a bit of a nightmare to navigate the plaza and get here, but we still come here when we can and it's not too bad and service is not bad. We are Wells Fargo account holders. Who isn't. What do you mean you're not. Oh okay. Sorry.
