The first bite was delicious, but each bite got worse as I became less hungry. Maybe some different sauces would’ve helpedI was glad they were open later than others in the area. They didn’t have any tenders, but made me fresh batch of “spicy”.

I wish people will read & share my comment and NOT SUPPORT this franchise location at all! Fazi, the general manager at this location in Talty, TX, indefinitely exemplify the ideology of a low-life form of a human who should not have any parts of running any business due to his nasty behavior/character over something so simple. Visited this store Sunday evening 3/26/2023 and wished I would had kept driving home. I have never been so disrespected and embarrassed about some cheap quality made food (3-pc fish) that 1) I WAS NOT overly upset about. It was disappointing and just didn't like it. I have had better. And 2) I simply asked to get something else like tenders instead of a refund. The GM became rude, irrate and hurled stereotypical/profiling comments at me insinuating I eat at McDonald's, shop at Walmart and other disrespectful and irrelevant perspectives about my life instead of the matter at hand. Also had the nerve to tell me not to come back to this store when I absolutely did nothing wrong!!! I'm completely surprised at myself for not matching the energy of ignorance the GM displayed to me as a customer!!! It took everything within me to not stoop down to his level of stupidity. I did not eat my order when I returned within one minute after ordering through the drive-thru. Only 2 small bites was had upon tasting it for freshness and the size of the filets were really small, but yet he claims I ate my order even though he saw 3 whole pieces still in the box. If court was to be had, I swear on the Bible I was not rude, had an attitude or demanded my $13.52 refund. If a Clown award was to be given, Fazi will inevitably take the crown. This was by far the WORST experience I had at any Golden Chick establishment and/or any other food-chains in all of my living life.

I ordered wicked wings and the chicken Sandwich meal. I was told to the wait would be 10 min. I was okay with that. I literally drove to the next exit to eat because we were hungry and my chicken taste like it was sitting all day. Nothing was fresh it was disgusting. Never ever again will I go here

Food was good and order was accurate. Ordered ahead online and just like my previous visit about 3-4 months ago the service was so slow. Ended up waiting 15+ minutes again. Some things aren't worth it if the wait is long.Food: 5/5

Don’t eat here. Found TWO hairs in my chicken and went back to ask for a refund which they declined. will take legal action against this establishment and company if i am not refunded and compensated.
