My car had to be put in collision for repairs and Paul gave top notch customer service and excellent communication through the entire process. He even made sure my car was ready ahead of schedule which was greatly appreciated! ANNNND, the icing on the cake, I picked up during a torrential downpour and he brought my car under the awning for me and offered to bring an umbrella! Top notch service right there!!! 😊 Couldn’t have asked for better service!!!

Wish it would let me rate 0 star. These guys have had our car for almost 6 months for repairs from an accident that I was able to drive away from. Everyday it's another excuse. "the part came in but now you need something else" When I asked to see old parts they kept dodging the question. Never again

DO NOT USE DEMONTROND. YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE STOLEN. I will share an incident about a potential inside job of employees who used a fake transport company to take cars from the service center at Demontrond and send them to Mexico to re sell. According to the Hidalgo police department, this incident had links to cartel who used a juvenile mule or stated by the officer "pregnant woman who needed money" to drive the vehicles into Mexico to avoid suspicion. I had dropped my truck off for service to have it fixed, and they needed to keep it for 2 weeks. Since I live in Dallas and the dealership is Houston, they said they would ship the vehicle to me. I was contacted by Border Patrol one night. My vehicle was recovered by border patrol because I have my business logos on the side, which raised suspicion, trying to cross into mexico. When the Texas City police department began to investigate the dealership, they became completely uncooperative. They fired the General Manager of the Service department before police can interview her, and they told police the cameras in the dealership "do not work/fake" and will not provide any footage. How do you have millions of dollars in inventory and no cameras? What are you hiding? Police attempted to reach out to the transport company hired by GM MOTORS only to find out it was FAKE and doesn't exist. Also, I have recordings of the employees admitting they left the truck out on the street with the keys in the gas tank. Never signed off and no paperwork for a tow company to take possession of the vehicle. Texas City officer spoke with me after the investigation and stated he feels this is an inside job and many things aren't adding up for him. Also, the dealership not cooperating raises flags for him as well. Without video footage, he can not charge them for a crime, and since they fired the employees, they are washing their hands of it. I was without my truck for the entire month and half. This affected my business and my job. I lost thousands of dollars along with a stripped truck completely damaged when it came back from Mexico. The dealership refuses to reach out to me directly. Police report below.
