DONT BRING KIDS HERE.
I called in before I came for my daughter hair cut the lady on the phone stated that it would be $10-15 for a toddler haircut and all I wanted was the bangs cut from her eyes. I didn’t bring cash and didn’t know that yall only take cash. I had to wait for someone to come and bring me cash. The lady told me it would be $25 I didn’t say anything about it at the time because she had actually told my boyfriend but why would they charge us $25 when they told me on the phone that it was 10-15$. And the lady that cut it styled her hair in a way her hair doesn’t set naturally so the hair is still in her eyes and looks terrible now.

Freda is amazing!!!! This has been the best experience I’ve had in a while. Great conversation, she walks you through exactly what she is doing to your hair, friendly, and knowledgeable!!! Man Ms. Freda is the best!! I have called for late minute appointments and she still get me and out. When I tell you she is amazing… God sent!!! Go try her services for yourself… thank me later 🤭

Called to have my hair cut because I was in desperate need of it. Spoke with a woman named Ashley and within 10 minutes of our phone call I was in her chair receiving some of the best customer service and hair cut I had rein a long time! She was so sweet and did exactly what was asked of her. Definitely going back again.

I went to Envy Salon to get a haircut with bangs added and color. Sat down, told the lady what I wanted, showed her references and she started the dying process. The colors came out okay, a little different than we had discussed, and I also got one strip bleached in the front. When she got done washing my hair the blonde strip was pink from the color bleeding into it. She tells me I can buy purple shampoo to fix it. I sit back down in the chair and she starts trimming. She tries to get me to not cut bangs, telling me she thinks it would be better without it. One of the main reasons I went somewhere to get my hair done was for the bangs. I tell her that, and she grabs the front of my hair and cuts the hair off! No measuring no parting. My bangs are cut into a SQUARE instead of a triangle, and parted because no hair was sectioned. So I spent $200 for me to have to pull my bangs back because they don’t sit right. I won’t be returning back here

I strongly suggest everyone to never give Envy Hair Salon any business! I went there for a hair trim of the sides of the head, needing a medium high fade line. All I got was a 30 min hair shave (no fade at all!!!) and the lady kept pulling my hair off... Then, have the nerves to say you have a tender head and to not complain. How about you learn how to cut hair and use a comb correctly! At the end of the day she wanted me to pay $40 bucks! No way is that ever happening! Shameful business, all they do is overcharge and the hair cut isn’t even professional looking! Never give them your business! This is my fair warning, best of luck.
