I called and ordered the Spring premium designers choice to be delivered to a friend. It cost $80+ delivery fees. I was disappointed with the final results. I was looking for something a little more vibrant than what was sent. I spoke with Amanda and she explained to me that the designers choice may not be the same due to inventory and it being “designers choice.” However, they will try and make it look as close as possible. Disappointed!

I’ve been buying flowers here for years. They’ve never no delivered the arrangements on time and the flowers have been beautiful. Recently I placed an order for some flowers to be delivered for Valentine’s Day. I received a call from someone at the shop to let me know that the flowers I ordered might not be the same type of sunflower as the one in th photo, but it would be sunflowers. The sunflowers she said would probably be in the arrangement would be larger and have dark centers. I was completely fine with his and feel like the alternative is better. The bottom line is that I appreciated them calling me to disclose that the flowers might not be exactly the same as the photo. That was a move that I respect and let’s me know I’m buying from a business that’s honest and looking after best interest of their customers.

Great flowers and customer service! I called them with a couple of special request and they were more than happy to help me. The flowers were “designers choice bouquet” and they came out gorgeous & perfect. Delivery was great too!

The owner was so sweet and helpful helping us navigate our way through what we needed for my father’s funeral. I sent a few pics of what I wanted and they delivered on time & the arrangements were perfect.

Today is the first time I have called this florist and had no referral to them, so I had no idea what to expect. I had to call before their opening hour, due to my work schedule. They actually answered the phone early! I ordered a birthday bouquet for my adult daughter. The order process was simple and friendly. My daughter received her gift a couple of hours later and called me positively gushing about how beautiful the arrangement is. She was over the moon with happiness, saying that it was the most gorgeous thing she had ever seen. I will gladly highly recommend this local business. BRAVO!

Just the best, I’ve been using them for holidays for several years now. They have not once let me down, if they notice something off about an order they’ll contact you, and they handle special instructions with no issues! I could not be happier, I love this flower shop!

There are no words to express my surprise and heartfelt gratitude towards “From The Heart Florist” in Texas City! I was just tired of the 1-800-rip me off Flower company who only delivers what the picture shows half of the time. So, from my home in KS, I searched for a local florist in Texas City, and rolled the dice. Within minutes of my on line order, they called me to talk about the flower arrangement and discuss the flowers going into the arrangement. I conveyed how much this arrangement meant to me during the conversation. A short time later i received a picture of the arrangement with a text saying “ I just left you a voice message because knowing you are so far away and you stated the importance of your order I wanted you to see it before it went out for delivery.Thank you again ?” WHAT???? Who are these incredibly kind and talented people?! The arrangement is stunning and full. This arrangement would have cost me 3 times the amount at 1-800-rip-me off. I am speechless and forever grateful. Receiving a moment of kindness, in this world full of “me first” attitudes, was a true gift today. I recommend this floral company to everyone everywhere!
