Horrible customer service. I was near the counter at 1:25 to get a prescription picked up. The doors were closed, even though she was on the other side of it. I’m on my way out of town taking my sick daughter to her mom and she just kept eating, nope not until 2. I get it but A quick scan and pay. Would have been done before 1:30 lunch start…

Since CVS closed it's 22614 Springwoods Village location, the 4775 Panther Creek location is the next closest location for me, and have had simply awful experiences there nearly every time. Why did corporate close that Springwoods Village location? The staff there was exceptional, knowledgeable, personable, and provided an excellent experience every time.Regardless the lame duck excuse of why they closed a great location and left a great staff either looking for a new job or a new location to work, my most recent, unfortunate interaction at Panther Creek happened when I called 2/6 and spoke with someone about having 2 medications ready. While my medications are not necessarily abnormal or require special ordering via Cardinal or whomever CVS uses, I always verify they have it in stock and that my Rx hasn't expired; she confirmed all of this and said they would be ready in 30 minutes. I had other activities to do, and decided I'd pick them up the next day (2/7). I go into the store at it's opening on the morning of 2/7, and the technician said they were not ready, asked if I called them in or ordered them online...told her all the above and she suddenly "found" my information and prescriptions, but said they wouldn't be ready until 4pm (7 hours later)...I asked why were they not ready, she couldn't say why, was borderline condescending and suggesting I was at fault that CVS employees didn't fill my prescription, or at the least let me know they wouldn't be ready a day after I called...she then asked me to work with her and come back since she was the only technician there. I told her guess I had no choice but to come back, but I stopped in there on my way to work and now wouldn't be able to get them til tomorrow 2/8, possibly 2/9- and now going 2-3 days without my medication. If my health insurance didn't have a contract with CVS I would have been at H-E-B Pharmacy years ago; but thanks to that terrific staff that was at Springwoods Village my perception vastly changed about CVS as a whole. But since the store's closure and the experiences I always expect whenever I walk into a CVS have continued, I have to deal with this lack of professionalism and absolutely atrocious customer service. Thankfully CVS hasn't filled my rx's for my children incorrectly (yet), so I guess you guys have that going for you...though it wouldn't be surprising.

Messed up my passport photos. Hung on me when I called asking for a manager. Same person who hung up on me is a assignment Manger. Management is the problem. Corporate is being notified.

If I could I would have put no stars. As a provider's office, this pharmacy is the hardest to communicate with. Pharmacist has never been nice, always rude. I understand being busy. We are all busy. But to be out right rude? There is no excuse. I will encourage people to NOT use this pharmacy in the future.

Pharmacy is consistently terrible. Rude, zero empathy, never helpful. Honestly dread going to this place.

Joyce is one of the rudest people at the pharmacy.I would’ve paid full price for my medication but instead she said okay you can leave.I was fully aware my insurance did not cover it before coming here.

They shorted me 75% of the amount of medication needed for my sick toddler, then told me they wouldn't believe me unless I brought the liquid medicine to them in person. Once I got there, Joyce just dumped more liquid into the original bottle (no measurements!) after telling me I must have measured her previous dosage incorrectly. If I had mis-measured that much shouldn't they have been worried that I might have poisoned my child? A truly WILD and concerning experience!

I come to CVS for quick odds and end but I think my favorite thing is the rewards. I can absolutely say that if you haven’t signed up for the 5$ monthly card savings you’re missing out! I go a few times a month and save so much money! I got excited today because I spent 32$ instead of 76$! Small accomplishments folks is what I’m here for and I love it!

TRANSFER YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY. Never thought I would review to a CVS pharmacy but I feel like if I can warn others to not make the same mistake I did, it would be great. I spent collectively 2 hours going back and forth through a drive-thru due to a lack of communication. They said my insurance didn’t cover a cream I was prescribed for, so they had to call my doctor to ask for an alternative cream. Joyce, who is not a friendly lady at all, claimed she has been on hold with the doctor for 30 minutes when I got ahold of the doctor in one. Instead of being clear and concise with her instructions, I spent 2 hours going back and forth figuring out how to pick up a cream. I ended up going inside because I spent 2 hours in the car to ask what is the updates. Instead of having a civil conversation, which didn’t seem like she was capable of since I pulled into the window, she wants to bash me and say I have not been listening. Trust me, to avoid spending 2 hours, I am definitely listening. I don’t know if Joyce had a bad day before me but it is no excuse for treating customers like absolute trash. I really hope she learns how to properly communicate with customers in the future. I am definitely not coming back again until they get a new pharmacist.

The pharmacists here are playing games. If you can please report to the state board. They make lies about your insurance. I transferred to another pharmacist. They are very dangerous at this location. I was late by 2 days to take my very serious life threatening reason I need medication. They claim they never can fill three months, say its your insurance, you ask your insurance and they say its the pharmacy. Costed me an extra $400 a year because of their scam games. Run!!! They have zero customer service skills and blame the customers for everything.

I had a horrible experience with the pharmacy. Ever time I go there they are rude they hang up if you call and they won’t give you any updates if you medicine is on back order. My medication was on back order for 6 months I called to check status and the lady with an African accent was rude and got upset with me and hung up in my face. Stating she is very busy and don’t have time to talk about something on back order and to call my doctor. Then she hung up and I was on hold for 45 minutes before getting to speak to her! The pharmacy portion of this store is the most unprofessional place I have ever experienced. I’ve been using them for years and with the same insurance I was told this week that my insurance is not in network with them and I will have to pay regular price. My insurance states this was not true.

Condensending and unhelpful pharmacy staff which only seems to work overtime to ignore the instructions prescriptions have for them. I have caught them multiple times trying to circumvent the procedure required for the preparation of my prescription. When I catch them, they look flustered and annoyed. Terrible. Am working on finding somewhere else to manage my simple prescriptions

Very bad experience. This is the worst CVS in the area. They are unorganized, have bad customer service, and give inaccurate information.

Worst experience I have ever had! This location should never be allowed to handle medication again. Our CVS closed and all of our medication was sent here. I had an important medication filled here for my husband. I waited an hour for them to fill it only to find out they were out of stock. Why did I wait in line for something they didn't even have?!?! They then sent to to another CVS to be filled . When I went to that CVS I was told they sent over the prescription and then pulled it back in their system so they couldn't fill it at the new location. It is now an hour from closing and I still don't have his medication that he really needs. I am beyond upset.
