These guys did a fantastic job! Brought my car in for a new battery and they even matched the price we found. Not many places do this so that made us extremely happy!

If you go here you better plan on being here all day. I waited for an hour and 45 minutes and no one had even looked at my car. Maybe if you didn't have five people working the lobby and sitting on their butts work was your get done.

That place is an absolute disgrace, after going to multiple locations I feel as if it’s the same experience every time, this instance I feel the need to say something. After waking in and asking for a simple alignment I was met with one of the workers on the counter, he asked me what type of service I was needing and soon after he’s not even looking at the screen yet looking at his phone and texting as I’m standing right there. He would continue to do this about 5-6 times through our somewhat of a conversation. My suggestion to Firestone is to hire some new employees or train the current one’s the way it’s being run is unprofessional on another scale.

Showed up at 6:50, 10 minutes before they opened. Waited till 7:30. A line was growing outside. I left and went down the road to discount tire at 7:30. 30 minutes before they were open. At least 5 employees already inside ready to start the day.Edit: To Jason, Owner;Everything you need to know is in the review. I waited for 30 minutes (along with a number of others including a couple elderly women, a young lady, and a guy who was on the phone with his boss, whos truck was in the bay and should have been ready for him the day before.) after 7:00am (when your store is supposed to open) and nobody was there. I ended up calling the location down the road. The person on the phone said he would get in touch with the manager of the store I was at. I had my wife one year old and three year old in my truck pulling a stock trailer with three pigs in it. I decided not to wait around and went to Discount Tire down the road.

Solid work, great staff. Waiting room area could be more comfortable if you're going to wait over 5 hours for a repair. Also expect to pay well over $120 per hour for labor for something that used to be $90.

ATTENTION FIRESTONE CORPORATE: This location has a real problem. On 2 of my last 3 visits my appointment time was messed up. One time they wanted to cancel and another time they said an oil change and rotation would take over 2 hours. The counter said that there were only 2 techs on duty. Sounds like one of two things, a scheduling issue or a sick call issue. I mentioned this to counter guy. Then counter guy looked at me like I had 3 eyes. A big blond guy with the personality of a wooden cigar store Indian. Get your act together Firestone.

Good attention. However I spent all day in the place.

Came here twice so far. Once for an inspection(told it would take 30 minutes and it took 1 hour and 43 minutes) and second for an oil change(told it would take an hour and a half and waited 4 hours called in to check the status of it and magically it was barely being worked on and was called back 20 minutes later and told its ready to go without an apology or explanation on why it took almost 5 hours for an oil change) as good as the customer service is the wait times is trash and they need to do better at their estimates for how long a service is. Should not take me calling in to get them to do their job especially when I came back to pick up there were no cars in the lot and everyone was in the back smoking and playing loud rock music. SMH

Went in for a valve stem replacement. Waited 2hrs and was told that they were working on it. Problem is I could clearly see my truck in the parking lot untouched. Once it was brought into the shop the told me that I needed to replace three of the tires, of which were not the one I came in from. They stated that the rear tires had 2/32" tread left. I check my tires regularly and know that the rears were not that low. I cannot and will not support a dishonest repair station. As a mechanic myself i am truly disgusted with the service received, and its places like this that are the reason nobody trusts mechanics.

All of these guys continously do the right thing by their clients. They're straight shooters with their diagnostics and follow up with quality craftsmanship! I know there were more folks involved with getting me back on the road again so thanks to all, but a special thanks to Pete in the back, Justin in the front and Miguel as the residing store manager.

I am not exactly mechanically inclined. Although, I am familiar with Firestone and other locations. This particular location has been good to me. I have not had one bad service. Everyone is polite and positive as well as informative. I know of one representative and his name is Jose. And Jose is a friendly staff member that keeps me well informed with progress on my vehicle. I am very grateful for their service!

Well, to start I know Firestone always gets a bad rap. I went in with an open mind. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time. My appointment was at 7:30 am. I arrived a little early. I was greeted when I walked in the door. Very friendly staff and a smile. I checked in for my oil change, alignment check and tire rotation and balance. I had a seat. The waiting area was clean. After about an hour I was asked to the counter. Everything was done and all checked good. As of today, I can say that I am recommending Firestone. At least this location. Thank you for your service and assistance.

It was worth the long waiting time. Professionals in every way. Impressed with the Manager's customer service skills, knowledge and kindness. Thank you Firestone on hwy 242!!!

Personally this was the most horrible experience dealing with any auto care shop ever. I am never visiting this place again. Details of my visit:Visit 1: Around June 11th: My main reason for visit was an oil change and car vents were blowing stale air. I also requested/paid for a complete AC check. The guy in front desk told me most probably its the cabin filter and because I was getting an AC check done, they will do a more thorough check. They kept the car for 4-6 hrs., changed the cabin filter, did an AC check and also filled the freon as it was apparently lower. Changed north of $200 - $275 which is fair priceNext day, the stale smell from the air vents was still there, not got even an inch better. I called the store and the guys mentioned that it may take 2-3 days to clear the vents and it should go away but if it does not bring the car in. Well technically it did not make much sense to me but because I could not have taken the car back to the shop in next few days anyway, it was ok to test it out. After a week, no improvementVisit 2 : Around 18th June : I went back to the shop. But was told they were super busy and I will to leave my car overnight so they can do a thorough check and fix it, I was slightly disappointed because I was not there for a new service but something which should have been fixed to begin with so was expecting they would prioritize it. But I understand there were other customer ahead of me. I could not leave my car overnight so decided to make third visitVisit 3 : Today 28th June and this was my saturation point with these guys. The guy on the front office remembered me as soon as he saw me (same guy who tool my car on the first visit). After listening to me for not more than 10 seconds, his first reaction was : “Well we have already changed the cabin filter and we did not find anything else wrong with the car, we cant do much about it and take it to a detailing shop” When i pushed back asking him “If you cant do anything about it, you should have told me on the first two visits and if the cabin filter was not the issue why did you charge me for it” , he reluctantly accepted to do another check. After about 3-4 hours I went back to the store. The guy tells me that they did not find anything wrong with the air vents, and they could neither smell stale air, which was clearly a lie because anyone with basis sensory capabilities of taste and smell would know within second of turning on the air that there was something wrong. However, at that point I did not care or wanted to argue with these guys. I was checked out and I just thought I would just take my car somewhere else. When I asked for the keys, he gave me a new invoice along for the keys and that was my peak point. I asked them why I should pay for something twice which has not been fixed to begin with and his response was: “well my guys have looked at it”. I argued and took him back to the car. And as soon as I open air vents, there came the stale air. When his lie was caught the guy immediately got frustrated and started to yell “What do you expect from me, I told you I can’t do anything about it ” ( I yelled back as well, so I’m not saint either). Eventually they did not charge me for my third visit, and I took my keys and left.My frustration with the shop is not that they could not solve the problem but with the way they dealt with whole situation along with poor quality of work, lying about basic things and of course their worst customer service1) From the first visit, they did not even care to check if the stale air was addressed after the filter was changed and AC inspection was completed. How basic is that, how can you complete a service without checking if the issue is solved2) On my second visit, they could have told me that we can’t fix it and take it to a detailing shop, instead of asking me to come the next week.3) And the most basic and frustrating thing, don’t lie. Anyone with basic sensory processing, can smell the stale air. And if you can’t fix it instead not try to charge me twice

On 3/6/2021, I noticed my 2010 Ford Edge was leaking gas. It was late, and Firestone was one of the only places open. I dropped my car off that night. I called that Sunday, and I was told the fuel tank needed to be replaced and I was quoted around $2k. They told me they would order it and it would be there the next day, so I did not get a rental. My boss had to pick me up the next day and I had to Uber to/from work several times over the course of this chaotic experience ($$$ super expensive). I called to check the status on Monday- I was told the part was there and they would call me back. I then received a call saying that it in fact was NOT there and was going to take approx. 2 weeks to get one. So, just to be clear, I was lied to. At this point, I was told they had already removed the fuel tank and pump, and it happened to be Spring Break and LITERALLY not a single rental was available until Wednesday. I requested to speak to a manager. The manager, Miguel, called me and I complained about the lack of communication and the misinformation. He said he would take a look and call me back within an hour. He did not call me back that quickly. I don’t remember at what point THIS call was made, but I got another call saying I did not in fact need a fuel tank, but I did need a fuel pump. The leak was on the fuel tank, so I don’t get that, but whatever. The cost now went down to about half the price, and I was told it would still take about a week and a half. I planned on getting a rental that Wednesday. Miraculously I got a call saying the car would be done 3/9/2021. What miracle workers to get it done in 3 days vs the original 2 weeks. **Sarcasm** I was so upset at how this was handled I told them I wanted to pay over the phone because I did not want to see any of them in person. I asked them to leave the key in the center console and lock the car because I have a pin pad. They did NOT do this- instead they left the car UNLOCKED and the key on the front passenger seat. What a GREAT way to end this situation by putting my car in a great position to be stolen! Additionally, I paid for an oil change, which has always included windshield wiper fluid in my experience, but not even a week later the washer fluid was dry. I will NEVER use Firestone again, and I plan on posting this exact message as a review on every platform available. Prior to doing so, I would like to give you the opportunity to rectify this situation by crediting/refunding some or all of the cost on the Firestone credit card due to the totally unacceptable and unprofessional experience I had. It was store# 591513 and the invoice# was 334204. ***I sent that to corporate. They had the manager I previously dealt with call me- I told him I wanted to talk to corporate and hung up. They never responded. So, I'm staying true to what I said and posting this experience everywhere possible.***Attaching a screenshot of corporate auto messages but never getting resolution.
