This is by far the most unexperienced Kroger click list location. Everyone ALWAYS is frustrated.... and my orders are neverrrrrrrr ready on time. Every other Kroger in the north Houston area is efficient, kind, and thorough. This location is SLOW, never on time, and is LACKING in the customer service department. Imperial oaks Kroger location or HEB is the way to go!

I was just called sir instead of ma'am by the door greeter/cart pusher today... I was a bit offended. Please have a conversation about being polite with customers. I know they meant well when saying hello to me, I'm just hoping that that kind of interaction isn't repeated to someone else.

Have been here in The Woodlands since 1992. Just do yourself a favor and drive a little further to H‑E‑B, Target or Walmart. Crazy how bad this store is, both in selection and just trying to get checked out. Done, never again, moving on.

Had the most pleasant experience at the Cheese counter this morning. Aisha approached my partner and I and not only helped us pick great cheeses for our company but introduced us to a great jam! Will definitely return for her help next time!

Although the staff are very nice, I submitted a medical doctor's (MD) script written for a 90 days supply. Apparently due to a "shortage" (their words), they "changed" the doctor's script to conform to availability of the drug shipped from their supplier (convenient to blame the supplier; I'd accept an IOU). Instead, I received only 1/3 of the amount the script was written for; so you would think 2/3 would be refillable. But only 1.67 is refillable. 3/3's cost $x.xx and the 1/3 I received cost me 80% of the original $x.xx expense! In the end, I will have paid 240% of the original cost had I just received all 3/3 in one bottle the first time! Kroger is stealing!!!!!!! This is unethical. How can a PhD change the written prescription of a MD?Also, now Kroger is EXPOSING me to COVID with more frequent visits, since now they're forcing me to go each month to get a refill. This is corporate irresponsibility. From Kroger's own website: "As an employer, grocery provider and community partner, we have a responsibility to help keep our associates, customers and communities safe. According to the CDC, wearing a facial covering, combined with social distancing and frequent hand washing, has been scientifically proven to reduce the spread of COVID-19." What a joke!!!!

Do not use this kroger for their click list. Takes forever. I called at 7:05pm to tell them my name and the parking spot i was in. It is now 7:40pm and still nothing but people that got here after me are getting their groceries.

Why do you people choose to shop at Kroger when HEB is 100x better.. Kroger is extremely overpriced for lower quality products in my opinion. Not to mention the layout of this store is so backwards, cluttered and makes no sense with regards of the natural flow of grocery shopping. On top of all of that the cashier i had the pleasure of interacting with couldn't of been more rude and un attentive. I had to remind her twice to use my Kroger Shoppers ID. I don't usually name drop - but Raven, come on you can do better. Glad i got i try this Kroger out to know for certain my regular shopping at HEB is something that's truly a better value now that i know what the competitor is all about. I'm sure HEB has its faults, but to me it's no brainer. See ya never Kroger

There's a guy playing a keyboard, and once in a while he'll sing. it's nice. Found everything that I needed. Smelled sausages grilling, they were giving out samples.

Sushi at 4747 Research Forest is wonderful. Gilbert is an excellent sushi master. If you have a craving for a type of sushi and it's not in the counter already, tell Gilbert and if he has the ingredients, he'll fix you up. Very nice man if you just talk to him. It's my at home sushi fix it place. The rest of the Kroger's very nice, too.

Kroger on Gosling is so bad that we've been making the drive to HEB on Market Street. Out of date merchandise, jumbled up stuff on shelves, dirty floors, carts all over the parking lot, letting Kroger brand products push out better choices.

They got my Rx ready in less than 15 minutes and with my generic Rx Plan, hey were half the price of Sams big discount. Sams no longer dicounts narcotics and have several time delaying checks performed before dispensing. Twice it took over 30 hours. Hello Kroger, Bye Bye Sams.
